I'm being slow here, I'm on the scene where Soujuurou is just hanging out with Kinomi and Tobimaru and I just saw Tobimaru referring to Aoko by her given name. Does he do that in the Japanese script or is it just something from the translation?

Yeah, sorry. I'm sure not everybody will agree with it, but I don't care to preserve Japanese name shenanigans in English. If that's what you're looking for in a translation, I'm sure one of the other projects will accommodate you. Or you could learn Japanese so your heart can doki doki the first time Aoko calls Soujuurou Soujuurou instead of Shizuki-kun.

People are named what they're named, I refuse to enforce the crass colonialistic practice of chopping up and butchering people's names then sewing them back together in a way that makes white people slightly less uncomfortable.

(Though in practice it's mostly because the Western name order for Japanese names grates at my inner ear when I test read lines. Maybe it's all in my head, but they all feel like they flow better the way they're originally written, while flipping the first and last names introduces a break in the sound I don't like. Just consider it my concession that the game is taking place in Japan and populated by Japanese people, I guess.)
