Feng Shen Ji

The Great Shang dynasty has been in power for many years but the Gods' find fault with the new emperor. Instead of submit to their will at the expense of his people, the Emperor resolves to throw off the Gods' yolk and free humanity. However, not only the Gods but a rival, the young Zhou who submits to the Gods' will for his own purposes will face him! The fate of the dynasty, nay, the fate of all humanity will be determined by this great battle between the forces of Heaven and Earth!

I like it as his character was too cool to just stay dead after Wu's uncle killed him.

Shi Xing was the undead immortal god that kidnapped Wu Geng earlier after the Gods found the camp of the "Fallen" Gods. Wu's uncle used a flaming smelting aura sword technique to negate that immortality along with Shu's transcendent vigor and ended up sending him to the underworld/hell. I forgot the chapter in specific.

He's back now, but it was elaborated on in the couple previous chapters where we see Shu in the underworld with the phoenix noting their similarities before uniting as one being to leave the after-life.

The white/blue haired dude from I think Chapter 1 or 2 curbstomping Shang's soliders and allied with the gods and he's the "I don't want that title" kinda of guy or something.

His son was shown allied with the Great God of Pestilence. Best part about the manhwa now is how much more dramatic the art styles shifts when something awesome/dramatic happens. First couple chapters, not so noticeable. Now, when someone pulls off a badass move or when something really important happens (such as Eleventh Hour Power or Big Damn Hero moments), the art goes from standard comic fare to almost CG level quality. Really hammers in the idea that "THIS IS IMPORTANT, PAY ATTENTION".

Chapter 41

The dissonant artstyle that the spirits of corruption have when compared with the rest of the manwha's art is something I can get behind. Really conveys just how alien and freaky-deaky they're supposed to be.

Best ability in the whole series is Monochrome, simply because of how it changes the art. So much love for the art.
