From my understanding, some volunteers were shared translation results at this thread. We have no full project at all.

I heard the same a couple weeks ago.
The only "proof" I got was another tweets even briefer than this one though.
I haven't found any sign of this on their blog, and I spent like 20-30 minutes looking for one.

Basically, this team is at the point that all they need is reliable translations and they can work the english patch for CCC.
The easy part.
That's always been the problem with translation projects, just oceans and oceans of Japanese speakers but no tech monkeys.

No wonder XSEED and Aksys are reluctant to localize it, on the top of the pr0n matters. You literally need the determination equaled to that of Shirou Emiya for doing this project.
It hasn't even been "restarted" and we're already in drama stages.
