I did qualify with "primarily". That, and the state isn't necessary for healthcare. I'm not pro-private health insurance either. It should absolutely be public.
Insurance pays for the doctors. Who pays for the insurance? How will the insurance workers make a living? And who maintains that system? Also, you can't have it both ways. Citizens either have benefits, or they don't. In this particular case, I'm not even talking about scale or magnitude.

Yes, I also know that "public" means that it is maintained by the government, which directly gainsays Gau. Pretty sure that no system of anything can be maintained without maintenance.
Countless systems exists and are maintained irrespective of borders so I fail to understand how this is an argument for borders being neccessary, seems like apples and oranges to me. Not every thing is the same as another thing.

No boarders are designed to give a country access to a specific resource.

True. And to the health insurance argument, the health insurance industry is a scam on hospitals and citizens, but having a larger health service coordinate medical care provision is fine, and also doesn't require strict borders.
Because globalism surely hasn't made exploitation easier, huh? Like moving one's business to another country with nonexistent labor laws with no fear of tariffs?
