New Xbox creatively named Xbox One. Always online seems to be a thing sorta kinda. And it kind of hosed the used games crowd while doing some other stupid things like hosing people who play on one console with different accounts.
Other stuff that doesn't matter because I'm getting a PS4 anyway.

At least it sounds like they fixed the d pad and the no loading time between functions sounds nice. Other then that I'm probably not getting it anyway. Hope xbox users like Internet explorer.

I think it's basically like Steam. You can delete and redownload any of your games from live whenever you want.
I will miss rare/collectable old games though, that kind of thing doesn't really exist with systems like this.

Activision-Blizzard is just as bad. Video games not made in Eastern Europe are awful anyways.
It is. But it's still not as bad as a lot of other companies in the industry, and the industry as a whole is pretty cancerous right now.
Yes, the industry is stuck in old ways and desperately clinging and trying to trick gamers into playing their games (both literally and figuratively). It is becoming stifling within the industry. Oh well, I still want to be part of this thing. So maybe things will change for the better at some point.

Imagine if there was a games company who sold basic games comprised of images and text for 10,000 yen that were made by two guys and were dedicated to getting people to buy waifu merchandise. Who'd like that? I bet no one would post on a forum dedicated to such games.
