Because, like with jailbreaking phones, jailbreaking PS4s technically isn't illegal, at this point, full war may as well be declared on Sony by jailbreaking a PS4 and buying (yes, buying to support the developers but not the platform) unlicensed but obviously uncensored versions of these games.
