Ticked off because this PS5 scarcity is just ridiculous.
Their latest venture to just randomly put some consoles on freaking Dell AFTER putting only *15* consoles on Sony freaking Rewards with a time for 15 hours is like lacing a dude with chum and throwing him in a tank of starving sharks. Had nerve enough to put a tweet up saying "that was fast" 3 hours later.
And the scalpers so desperate they are reaching out to YouTubers to promote their business because they are sitting on hundreds of consoles they want to charge $900 for, even going so far to pay 'em 5 grand for 3 vids.

I'm mainly going for it to have the better performance with the slew of older games plus trying out DS.
And from what I see FF16 is looking like its not that far off so eh, why not now?

16 is probably going to be the one for me. Unless FF7R2 comes first. Or a really good Platnium game.

That's my thoughts on Xbox exactly, but there's still a bunch of devs who put things out only on Playstation. Like almost all the Persona games. Hell, my GOTY for last year is 13 Sentinels, and I don't think any Vanillaware game is ever going to get a PC release.

Being a PC player might mean missing out on a bunch of console exclusives, but you're never out of new games to play.

Yeah, there are a few here and there. Bloodborne being the only one off the top of my head that I miss right now. 13 Sentinels might be, but as good as Odin Sphere was, I did not like Dragon's Crown, so Vanillaware is hit and miss for me.

Plus, it might go like my PS3 - buy one years later at 1/5th price to play a few games.

13 sentinels is very different from old vanillaware. VN and adventure game fans are more likely to enjoy it.
