The Djinn are the gods Hassan learnt Protection from Wind for. I didn't have a lot of choice.

I'm fine with it since it seems to be more of a getaway weapon and archery technique. Still, I'd assume that using it kinda gives away her presence.

Also, don't Zabaniya usually have "Delusion/Fantasy" in there somewhere?

Far-Sense is one of the more original skills created for this thread, and definitely a cool one. Master needs to call her dog names to tease her for that.

Mostly there to mix things up a bit: lets her do some emergency melee as well as ranged attacks. Though she needs it to even get to the natural Strength of 5th Hassan, and she still only has so much skill there compared to all the other Servants who are melee specialists.

Yeah, magic use is one of the typical give-aways in Nasuverse, alongside the generalised weirdness of sensing an intent to kill.

It's Marid, just to clarify.
And the plural of Djinn is Djinni. And there is no "singular" one by the name of the race/species/colletive-name.

I see a "-d" and a "-nni" in Arabic. I realize there are multiple transliterations and transcriptions of the words, but lean towards the most common - I do not believe it is incorrect or misplaced to defer to that.

Wasn't debating how exactly you might do the start of djinn/jinn/ginn because there are plenty of valid differences, just that you do seem to be the wrong way around on the singular/plural endings.

I should probably cook up one of my own Hassans actually. Lord knows I came up with enough Zabaniya ideas for the Hassan Zealot when I was looking at doing a strangefake continuation. At least one of them must surely be salvagable.

Hassans give a lot of freedom in design. Almost all of them actually look saner than what we already have in canon though, which is kind of strange.

You can make an Assassin that rips off Malik's wings, stitches them to his back, then goes caw caw on someone's ass and rips their soul out, totally legit and technically as retarded as the one we have in canon!

I already did something sort of like that with my Itzpapalotl assassin, actually. Granted, it's just a giant Phantasmal Bat creature, but she does graft the wings to her back and wear its skull as a horrific mask. Probably makes bat noises too, I imagine.
