That's kind of the crux of the argument for the people arguing against Blackfield but he isn't having any of it and is claiming her increase in stats is the same as all the other Servants that have better Masters that give them more magic juju.

Yeah, no. If it was literally all prana, Alter would be doing mach whatever leaps like she was doing in HA constantly. Berserker was already maxed out for all that a master could do.
If it was only magical energy that mattered for Saber physical stats, there'd be no reason she couldn't just pump 600 units of prana into strength and be stronger than Berserker. Yet, she never reaches that point.
There is literally no difference between Saber Alter and Saber at the time Shirou gave her the command in Hollow Ataraxia because all the command did was top off her tank, except Saber Alter has a full tank at all times. Saber at that point was "as strong as she was in life" Saber Alter is literally specified to be stronger then she was in life. The reason she doesn't go Mach 14 is probably because what would the point even be? What situation calls for her to hurtle through the skies at that speed?

There is an argument about whether the stats on the status screen takes onto account prana burst. By that logic shouldn't it also take into account increase in Rider's stat due to Monstrous strength

Alter was noted as being stronger in some ways than she was in life not that she was stronger in every way. Its literally just talking about the ability to spam Excalibur.
If Saber Alter could do mach 14 at any time, she would have cut through Rider at the very start of the fight. Rider can do like 50m/s, Saber Alter would be able to do 2-4k/s.
IIRC Rider never really uses Monstrous Strength, whereas Saber uses Prana Burst all the fucking time; otherwise she's weaker than Rin is.
Are we really equating pushing off at a certain speed with her legs to how many attacks she can make a round? Oh Lordy. I'm out.

Just so you know Mach 14 at sea level is only 5 km/s.
The real question is, Saber's mana under Rin is A while under Sakura it's A++.
So shouldn't her STR under Sakura be higher. But it's the same. Both are A.

The difference is Saber is always using prana burst, without it she's a little 40kg girl. Monstrous strength is something Rider uses under special circumstances.
Its literally ridiculous to think that the stats on the status screen doesn't account for prana burst. Her stats would all be like E if it didn't.
If it does and did Saber Alter was literally at max power all the time she should have EX rank strength because she would be able to do 2-4km/s leaps. The grail adjusts for prana burst, or else Saber at the start of Fate would be stronger than Herakles, she could just throw 500units of prana into a sword swing and destroy his sword and cut him in half.
Her rank for STR definitely takes prana burst into account but I'm not sure what you mean by the Grail adjusting for it.
But since Saber Alter has more mana you'd think her strength would be higher as well as a result.

IIRC the scene is ambiguous. She could have done the jump in anywhere between 1-2secs.
What are you talking about. Rin and Alter have equal physical stats, barring the effects of blackening which reduces her AGI.
Never said that though. Alter would be faster than Rider, Rider's strategy of holding Saber off by jumping around wouldn't work.
The point is you just said that Alter can move at her higher end at just about Mach 14.
