Yeah, that doesn't really make sense. She should have just Excaliblast'd and been done with it. Not to mention all the 'hey, keep me busy here so I don't have to help Sakura, 'kay?' or Berserker getting 'distracted' right when he was about to plow Shirou's head off.

'Stronger' can mean either fighting ability or it could mean physical strength.

If she is "physically" stronger than she should be able to replicate the Resurrection of the Knight King scene if not surpass it, because in case I need to remind you jumping involves strength or in Altria's case Mana Burst plus strength
As for fighting ability I am not sure how she got more skilled or became more proficient in combat in anyway that did not include brute force. Her Instinct dropped so that can't be it.
Sounds like she should be able to do it nasu simply never thought of it. Or maybe it would be bad idea because she was in a cave.

every time I used the term can not hold back I meant I don't know how Saber Alter could have done anything like holding back if she has no fine motor control. It seems like something Shirou would notice since he saw her fight Berserker.

Again, I really, really doubt B-ranked mana burst, even combined with A-ranked strength, is enough to send her off at Mach 7 or 13 over 4 kilometers. Berserker Alter's A+ ranked Str is enough to swing his axesword at the speed of sound.

It was the command seal that allowed her to do something usually impossible.

Well, she has infinite prana, which = infinite Excaliblast. So of course she surpassed the power she had in life.

Might do- but, honestly, it's a skill, not even an NP. I really find it hard to swallow that she'd be able to pull that off if she had enough prana- without a command seal to make sure she hit the spot, at least.
