Spirit Breath is something that I took from Fate/Extra. There, it is one of Caster (Tamamo)'s abilities and it automatically recovers a little of your MP at the end of the battle. Actually, I am surprised that nobody worked on something similar before.
Ahh, I see. I didn't connect it to the Tamamo one, but that's sort of what I meant. She has it as a spell/power that she knows how to use, but not as an actual listed Personal Skill. Versatility? If I read that right, the guy can probably use Marble Phantasm ("innate powers of a high-ranking nature spirit"). It doesn't get much better than that, as far as versatile powers go.
I think it's expected of powerful Casters to tap some large reservoir of magical energy. Like Medea who energy drained Fuyuki. Spirit Breath is just a more convenient way to do the same.
Incidentally, I was writing a Caster with similar abilities (both Elemental powers and mana replenishment). I balanced it with a weakness that nerfed the ability in an urban environment.

A
Baba Yaga's sentient house. It resembles a cottage with chicken legs.
Although it can't leave the witch's territory, it may move within it at will.
It will also not let anyone enter it unless they know the passphrase.
However, its true function is that of a "soul container".
Whenever the witch's main body is destroyed, a new body spawns inside of it.
This means that in order to kill her, first you must destroy this house.
The house has high defensive parameters, comparable to anElephaverage Phantasm Beast.
However, its offensive capabilities are limited.
Therefore, it will most certainly flee when attacked.
It can also act as a refuge, allowing Baba-Yaga to teleport inside it.
She can carry one human-sized target along with her (magic resistance may apply).
This ability can be used from any distance, by calling the house's true name.

I love the idea of Baba-Yaga as a cute teenager, and then she totally eats an 8 year old girl. Because she's fucking Baba-Yaga.
Also, there's no need to make the text so small. I had to put my glasses back on to read it, and I was really enjoying being as blind as a bat.
My Baba-Yaga would only eat foolish 8-year olds!
...Although any 8-year old foolish enough to get close to her may qualify.
