Honestly, though GO's servants are usually lacking and it's game play is kinda terrible, it's events usually make it up for me. Personally I feel that we've gotten at least some good things from it Fat Caesar is hilarious, Roma is wonderful as is Kintoki, and at least most of the designs are decent if you ignore the lolis and blackbeard.
I've heard him described as lazy. Judging by your reaction he's not and I made an error.

Caesar being fat is a million times better than King Arthur, Mordred, Nero and god knows how many other historical men being girls with the same goddamn face. His design is very creative, and he's a fun character (which you'd know if you read the translations),.
Artemis looks bad, yes, but the idea of a goddess stealing her boyfriend's spot because she doesn't want him to get hurt is entertaining.

I'm probably unusual here in that I actually like (or at least don't mind) most of the GO Servant designs. Yes, including the lolis and fanservicey ones.
What I don't like about some of them isn't the designs but their strange/unexplained Skills that don't seem to do anything or weirdly generic NPs. (Frankly I think the mobile game format really limited the amount of interesting NP ideas you could come up with). Like Beo who has an ORAORAORA! punching barrage as his NP instead of literally anything to do with his legend, or Boudica who's NPs have the most generic names imaginable. Or Bonny & Read, who are Riders without any actual NP involving a mount.

So to summarize, I generally feel the designs/concepts are good, but the game can't always do them justice because of the limited format.
Have opinions all you want, it doesn't mean other people won't disagree.
Seriously though, Fat Caeser is Best Husbando, as proven by the Christmas event.
Just because people oppose your opinions doesn't mean you aren't allowed to have them.
for my part your statements sound like you're basing your opinion on art appearance or cursory knowledge of the characters and not actually any characterizations they have in the narrative, which is why I keep accusing you of not reading the title you're passing judgment on.
