    Class: Berserker
    Alignment: Lawful Evil

    Strength: B
    Endurance: C
    Agility: D
    Mana: E
    Luck: D
    Noble Phantasm: A

    Class skills
Mad Enhancement: B (Berserker is sane most of the time, but is prone to short bursts of anger during which his physical parameters are increased one rank, but all sanity is lost, and during which he will start attacking indiscriminately enemies and allies alike, even going as far as to use his Noble Phantasm. Berserker can enter this state voluntarily, but will also spontaneously enter it on occasion)

    Personal skills
Charisma: B- (E) (The natural ability to command people. At this rank, the owner has a natural talent leading a country, but there will constantly be some sectors opposing him. When under the effects of Mad Enhancement, leadership is actually increased but morale decreases sharply)
Imperial Privilege: C (B) (The ability to obtain skills not normally possessed due only to the insistence of the owner. Inheriting in a way the mantle of the Roman Empire, and turning what was a small duchy into the beginnings of a vast empire, Berserker has some ranks of this ability, mainly useful for military-oriented abilities, but also for artistic ones. When under the effect of Mad Enhancement the effects of this ability seem to actually increase)
Mental Pollution: C (The quality of possessing a distorted personality, making it possible to shut out external mental interference, but making it difficult to come to an understanding with people not possessing the same rank of this ability. Berserker understands that his own thought patterns are not conventional, and can act and deal with people, but a real understanding of his motivations and the building of a solid relationship are difficult)
Colonization Drive: B (A skill owned by those people under whose rule/command there occurred a massive colonization of new lands. It increases the chances that people under the owner's direction can successfully establish themselves in new territories. It also increases in some measure the ability of those people of building many kinds of facilities, as it does their benefits. This skill refers to those people under whom colonization movements occurred, not those who actually went to the new lands. At his rank, colonization on a continental scale can be carried on)

    Noble Phantasm

The Oprichnina - Secret Police in the Service of the Tsar
    Rank: A
    Type: Anti-army
A state policy that Berserker had implemented when alive, and one of the most famous symbols of his rule. A secret police under the exclusive rule of Berserker, its main task was purge of the until then strongly independent aristocrat class and subjugate it under the absolute control of the monarch. And maybe because of its undying loyalty to Berserker, or maybe as a show of Berserker's absolute grip over them, when summoned as a Servant Berserker can summon this police force spirits and give them temporary bodies as a kind of low rank Servants.
This Noble Phantasm consists in an undisclosed number ("Its number is a state secret", according to Berserker) of E~D rank Heroic Spirits, each with parameters ranking E~C and with the Presence Concealment skill ranking E~D, alongside up two additional skills depending on the particular individual. They can be only summoned by, and are exclusively under the control of, Berserker himself, not his Master, though the exact nature of the relationship between Berserker and these Heroic Spirits is unclear, and Berserker is not keen on talking about it. They are also supported by Berserker's mana, and thus only indirectly by the Master. The number that can be simultaneously deployed depends only on Berserker's mana reserves.
Of course, given their Presence Concealment skill, and Berserker's secretive nature, it's unlikely the Master will ever know how many are actually active at any moment or what are they actually doing.

    Background

Ivan IV Vasilyevich - The Terrible

Ivan IV Vasilyevich, known as Ivan Grozny in Russian (1530 - 1584), was the son of Vasili III and the grandson of Ivan III the Great of the Grand Duchy of Moscow. Though Ivan III had liberated it from the yoke of the Mongol Golden Horde and consolidated it, when Ivan became Grand Prince (at the age of 3) Muscovy was still a modest country by all accounts. His mother became the regent, but she also died when he was 8, possibly poisoned; during all his childhood Ivan felt offended by the Boyars, the Muscovian aristocracy, which in many ways held the real power.
Ivan was finally crowned at age 16, and became the first Tsar of All the Russias. Doing this, he was proclaiming to the world that he was the one and only ruler of the Russian world, with a power equivalent to that of the Byzantine Empire, which mantle Ivan III had in a way inherited when he wed the niece of the last Byzantine emperor.
The first part of Ivan's rule was mostly peaceful, but after the 1560s, droughts, famine and wars had brought a crisis to Russia, and the death of his first wife initiated a process of mental deterioration. Believing that the aristocracy could not be trusted (one of them had actually defected to Lithuania during the war and devastated a vast area), he created the Oprichnina, a special territory under the kingdom over which he held absolute power, and on which the Oprichniki, who held allegiance only to Ivan himself, acted. Mobilizing his oprichniki, Ivan persecuted and killed the aristocracy and confiscated their possessions. The climax of their activity would be the Massacre of Novgorod, and after it this once wealthy city would never recover its former glory.
Ivan's reign also saw a fair share of external wars, and though the activity on the western front was mostly unsuccessful, Ivan also conquered Kazan (which siege gave him his epithet) and Astrakhan, annexing the Middle Volga area and turning Russia into a multi-ethnic empire. His reign also saw the beginnings of the occupation of Siberia.
Especially later in life, Ivan was also prone to bursts of anger; in a particular discussion, he beat his son and successor Ivan Ivanovich with his staff, killing him; his remaining sons hadn't been groomed for the throne nor were they so competent, so after Ivan's death in 1584 the Rurik dynasty didn't last long, and in 1598 his successor died childless, ushering the Time of Troubles.
Ivan left a mixed and troubled legacy, and those who would call his reign a reign of terror might not be exactly wrong, but by strengthening the rule of the monarch and by conquering the Volga Khanates and expanding into Siberia he is without a doubt the father of the Imperial Russia.

Another one. The NP is kind of similar to Zero Assassin one, but though on one hand they are individually stronger, they are trickier to manage, since the Master can only direct them by directing Berserker, who even when sane is not particularly cooperative. And then he might just go Berserker for almost no reason, in which case the whole thing is as likely as not as to just blow in your face. Which is kind of fitting for a Berserker, I think.

EDIT: Added a new skill particular to this Servant for some flavor

    Class: Assassin

    STR: D
    END: E
    AGI: C
    MGI: E
    LCK: A

    Class Skills

Presence Concealment (D): Hides one's presence as a Servant. Suitable for spying.

    Personal Skills

Information Gathering (A): Conceals one's killing intent. At this rank, Assassin does not emanate any
hostility. Assassin was a socialite who thrived in the court life, and can always put on a friendly face
and a winning smile. Enemies will not suspect her until it is too late.

Replication (B): The ability to copy mundane aspects of others. Assassin's most famous instance of this was
copying handwriting and forging letters, but she can extend this to imitating someone's voice, mannerisms,
and even appearance. She can also easily teach others to do the same. In the modern world, she can even
fool digital scanners and password verification software, making her something of an amateur hacker.

Partners in Crime (A): The ability to recruit allies and accomplices to assist in Assassin's schemes. At this
rank, Assassin's charming roguish personality makes it possible for her to find co-conspirators in abundance
with little prompting. Even if they have no inclination for illegal or suspect activity, they may end up helping
her unwittingly anyway. Assassin was the mastermind behind one of history's greatest scandals.

    Noble Phantasm

    The Queen's Necklace~Disillusion of the Monarch (A, Anti-Unit, Support)

A necklace originally commissioned by the King of France, it came into Assassin's possession after the events of her most
famous con, which was one of the many proverbial powder kegs that would be sparked by the French Revolution and helped to
destroy the monarchy of France. A stunning piece crafted by the master Parisian jewelers Boehmer and Bassenge, it consists
of many large diamonds arranged in an elaborate design of festoons, pendants and tassels. Truly, it surpasses all others
in grandeur. And it should, as it ended up costing the Crown two million livres (or approximately 750 million USD in 2015). What
started as a gift for the King's mistress was twisted by Assassin and her partners in crime into a symbol of the monarchy's depravity
and how far removed they were from the common man. As the French Revolution began to rage, it signaled the end of the era
where the right of monarchy was absolute. Divine, even. Functionally, the necklace is a dead giveaway to Assassin's identity,
so she uses it as she did in life; by breaking the necklace into its individual diamonds, she can use it for a variety of
effects. The first and most obvious is the enormous amount of prana contained in each diamond, filled by the original jewelers.
In practical terms, this allows Assassin to survive off its prana stores indefinitely without a Master, and unleash potent
explosions from the release of said prana. However, Assassin is not a mage, and does not favor such tactics. Instead, she
relies not on what the necklace is, but what it represents: the end of the ruler who was appointed by divine decree. By shining
light through a diamond filled with prana, a ray of light is released and shines on her target, who has the concept of "the end
of the divine monarchy" imposed on them. Skills and Noble Phantasms relating to divine or royal status are stripped away for the
remainder of the Holy Grail War. Divinity, Charisma, Imperial Privilege and any similar skills become utterly useless, and impose
on their once great owners a rank-down in parameters for each one they lose. Just as the King and Queen of France were reduced
to just two more guillotine victims among thousands, so too does this Noble Phantasm forcefully pull the lofty down to earth.

    Background
Jeanne de Valois was a notorious French adventuress and thief. She was an impoverished descendant of the Valois royal family
through an illegitimate son of King Henry II. She is known for her prominent role in the Affair of the Diamond Necklace, one
of many scandals that led to the French Revolution and helped to destroy the monarchy of France.

Jeanne was the third of six children. Three of her siblings died in infancy, and the three surviving children, Jacques,
Jeanne, and Marie-Anne were neglected, went barefoot, tended the cows, and often found it necessary to beg for food. The family
moved to Boulogne, near Paris where a priest and one of his rich parishioners took care of them. Their Valois ancestry was
ascertained by a genealogist at Versailles, and as a result of legal dispositions set up to help children from poor nobility,
Jacques was granted a yearly stipend and a post in a military academy, while Jeanne and Marie-Anne went to a boarding school.
They were supposed to become nuns in the monastery, but instead chose to go back to civilian life. On 6 June 1780, Jeanne married
Marc-Antoine-Nicolas de la Motte. While the de la Motte family's claim to nobility was dubious, both husband and wife assumed the
title comte and comtesse de La Motte Valois. Of the three siblings, Jeanne would be the only one to achieve notoriety. Jacques died
on military duty on Saint-Louis Island; Marie-Anne went back to religious life.

The Affair of the Diamond Necklace, as it would later be called, started in 1772 when Louis XV developed an infatuation for a woman
30 years his junior, Madame du Barry. Against the urging of his advisors, Louis commissioned the jewelers Boehmer and Bassenge
to procure the diamonds and undertake the not-inconsiderable work of assembling them into what is best described as a series of tasseled
diamond ropes. Needless to say, this put them both in debt up to their proverbial eyeballs. Louis would have helped with the debt, but he
died of smallpox shortly thereafter. The death of Louis XV passed the French throne to Louis XVI, who was married to Marie Antoinette of Austria.
This proved to be wildly unpopular with the French people who, their performance in certain 20th century conflicts notwithstanding, do not
generally prefer to be ruled by an Austrian. Further compounding things, XVI - despite being a 15 year old boy at the time of his marriage, was unable
to consummate the marriage for about seven years.

Boehmer and Bassenge seized upon the King's marital issues as a way out of their financial troubles. They offered him a the necklace as a way to endear
himself to Marie. Convinced, Louis XVI made the grand gesture in 1778 ,but the Queen was uninterested. Some say it was because Marie Antoinette didn't want
jewelry that was designed for another woman (and one she was none too fond of) but the reason she gave is somewhat more illuminating. Marie Antoinette said
that the money would be better spent equipping a Man O'War.

An aside into naval history: capital ships largely hold steady in terms of their cost as a percentage of GDP. In other words, countries generally spend
about as much (as a percentage) of their national wealth on their biggest and strongest ships as other countries regardless of how rich they happen
to be or what year it is. That means that one can usefully draw a parallel between what France would spend on a ship-of-the-line in 1778 and what the
United States would spend on an aircraft carrier in 2015. Given how difficult it is to assign value to an 18th Century currency which was manipulated
at the will of the crown, this provides a helpful guideline for establishing the cost of this necklace as a percentage of France's budget: think of it as
Michelle Obama turning down a necklace and suggesting that the Pentagon buy a carrier instead.

Enter Jeanne de Valois, who at this time was the mistress of a French Ambassador to the Austrian Court and Cardinal named Louis de Rohan who had
offended the Queen by speaking ill of her mother. Jeanne was also the mistress of a forger and gigolo named Retaux de Vilette. He managed to forge
letters from the Queen intimating that Jeanne had become a close friend and confidante of Marie Antoinette which Jeanne delivered to the Cardinal.
This formed the basis for an ongoing correspondence between the Cardinal and "the Queen" (really Vilette) with Jeanne as the intermediary which continued
for some time, becoming progressively steamier until Cardinal Rohan convinced himself that the Queen was in love with him and begged Jeanne to arrange
a secret late-night "interview" with the Queen of France.

So Jeanne bought the services of Nicole Leguay, a Marie Antoinette look-alike prostitute, smuggled her into the palace at Versailles and arranged for Rohan to meet
with her. Rohan exchanged words and a rose with the "Queen" who assured him that all of their disagreements were behind them. Jeanne took advantage of the
Cardinal's belief in her by borrowing large sums of money from him, telling him that they were for the Queen’s charity work. With this money, Jeanne was able to
make her way into respectable society. Because she openly boasted about her relationship with the Queen, many assumed the relationship was genuine. At this point
the highly indebted jewelers re-entered the scene. They still very much wanted to offload the diamond necklace and asked Jeanne to convince Marie Antoinette to buy
it from them (and offered her a commission for her troubles).

Jeanne and Villette forged up an order for the necklace in the Queen's hand which she passed off to Cardinal Rohan. Jeanne told the Cardinal that Marie Antoinette wanted
to buy the necklace but, not wishing to purchase such an expensive item publicly during a time of need, the Queen wanted the Cardinal to act as a secret intermediary.
A little while later, Rohan negotiated the purchase of the necklace for 2,000,000 livres, to be paid in installments. He claimed to have the Queen's authorization for the
purchase, and showed the jewelers the conditions of the bargain in the Queen's handwriting. Rohan took the necklace to Jeanne's house, where Jeanne's husband, dressed
as a valet, came to fetch it. He then secretly took the necklace to London, where it was broken up to sell the large individual diamonds separately.

While they were not directly implicated and could have tried the swindlers without publicity, the King and the Queen insisted on a public trial to defend their honor. Nevertheless,
the trial actually had the opposite effect and destroyed the reputation of the Queen, because the public saw her as the guilty party. The Cardinal was found not guilty and acquitted.
King Louis XVI promptly had him exiled. Rétaux de Villette was found guilty of forgery and exiled. Nicole Leguay was acquitted. Jeanne was found guilty and sentenced to be whipped,
branded with a V (for voleuse, meaning "thief") on each shoulder, and sent to life imprisonment. The public sympathized with her. She soon escaped disguised as a boy and made her
way to London where, in 1789, she published her memoirs, which attempted to justify her actions while casting blame upon her chief victim, Marie Antoinette.

Despite the findings to the contrary, many people in France persisted in the belief that the Queen had used Jeanne and her husband as an instrument to satisfy her hatred of Cardinal Rohan.
This led to a huge decline in the Queen's popularity and encouraged an image of her among the masses as a manipulative spendthrift, interested more in vanity than in the welfare of France.
She never recovered from the scandal and the fire of hatred for the royal family intensified until it culminated in the French Revolution.

This should be fun! Here's a new Norse Caster:

    Class: Caster
    True Name:
    Smid Thvarasson
    Alignment:
    Lawful Neutral

Background: Here's a summary of the saga of Bósi and Herraud, where Smid is an important character; and here's the translation of the aforementioned saga by George L. Hardman, freely available.

Smid Thvarasson was the eldest child of Thvari, who had once been a great viking, and Brynhild, a shield-maiden who was the daughter of King Agnar, son of King Geirrod, foster child of Odin himself. Smid wasn't physically imposing, but he was handsome and he excelled in all the arts and skills expected of a Norse nobleman. Thvari had a concubine, Busla, who was a powerful sorceress. Busla was the foster mother of Thvari's sons (Smid and Bosi) and offered to teach them magic, but only Smid accepted the offer.

When the brothers were children, they had been very good friends with Herraud, the son of King Ring, and played often with him and his half-brother, Sjod. Sjod didn't grow up a valorous man, but he was loyal to King Ring and was his tax collector. So it came to pass that when Herraud and Bosi were away on raiding expeditions, Sjod came to collect taxes from Thvari, by now an old man. Under false pretenses, Sjod actually robbed Thvari in order to refill his father's treasury. When Bosi heard of this, he confronted Sjod and both came to blows, which ended badly for Sjod.

Herraud tried to appease his father by offering many treasures and also the lifelong service of both himself and Bosi, but King Ring was even more incensed that Herraud was more loyal to his friend than to his own brother and sentenced them both to die by hanging in the next morning. When Busla heard of this, she appeared to King Ring in the night and threatened to curse him with the most terrible curse known to men and trolls alike if he didn't change the sentence. Ring, terrified, instead of outright executing both men, ordered them to go on a dangerous quest: “Bosi shall be spared life and limb. He must leave the land and never return until he gets me the egg of the vulture that guards Jomali's temple, and then we will be reconciled, but otherwise everyone will call him a scoundrel. Herraud may go anywhere he wants to, either to follow Bosi, or to do his own pleasure; but he and I are not ready to be together.” Bosi and Herraud set out on their journey, guided by Busla.

During the quest, Herraud rescued princess Hleidi, sister of King Godmund, and brought her home with him as his bride. And then Bosi and Herraud went away with most of the warriors to battle King Harald on behalf of King Ring. During this time, Prince Siggeir, who was one of King Godmund's champions and who had wanted to rescue Hleidi and take her for his wife before Herraud's intervention, attacked King Ring with a great number of men; he killed the king, kidnapped the princess and stole many a treasure.

Afterwards, Bosi and Herraud returned from war and decided to avenge King Ring. Thvari counseled them to not attempt a full-out attack, but rather to rely on stealth and cunning. Smid led the expedition; thanks to his spells, they always had favourable winds, so they reached the land of King Godmund much more quickly than anyone would have expected. Smid then put a spell of invisibility upon the ship and, after Bosi and Herraud killed King Godmund's court musician and his servant, used illusions to disguise Bosi as the musician and himself as the servant. During the wedding feast, while Bosi distracted everyone with his songs, Smid used a bedsheet to hold all of the fine tableware inside and took Hleidi with him back to the ship. They had what they came for, but Bosi wasn't satisfied with just that; with a cunning plan of his own making, he and Smid successfully kidnapped Edda, the daughter of King Harek and sister of prince Siggeir, although it fell to Smid to convince her to go with them peacefully.

And then, soon after they successfully came back home, King Harek, prince Siggeir and prince Hraerek (Harek's other son, also a champion of Godmund) attacked them with many men. Smid, Bosi and Herraud each led a ship to counterattack, and Smid attacked King Harek's own ship. He fought bravely, and then, with the sword which had been gifted to him by Busla, he dealt a grievous blow to King Harek, who was also a powerful sorcerer and was protected against all mundane weapons. However, it wasn't enough to kill him; and so it was that King Harek shapeshifted into a flying dragon, spewed poison to kill many of Smid's men, and finally killed Smid himself by biting and swallowing him.

    Strength: D
    Endurance: D
    Agility: C
    Magical Power: A
    Luck: B
    Noble Phantasm: B

    Class Skills:

    Item Construction
    - B+. Smid (whose name even means "Craftsman") has a natural talent in this area: while he only knows how to create Amplifier-type Mystic Codes, he can create them at a much faster rate than usual and of such quality they far surpass those created with modern Magecraft.

Territory Creation - B. Smid is capable of setting up a territory on the level of a Workshop.

    Personal Skills:

Qualifications of a Knight - B. A Skill that measures access to abilities which would be considered natural requirements for Heroic Spirits of the Knight Classes. Being naturally gifted in the skills required for a Norse nobleman, Smid knows archery, battle tactics, swordsmanship and unarmed fighting at a level of proficiency equivalent to Rank C. At this Rank, Smid is a skilled warrior on par with an average Heroic Spirit of one of the Knight Classes in terms of fighting techniques.

Witchcraft (Seidr) - A+. The shamanistic magic of the Norse people, even older than the Rune Magic of the god Odin. It teaches a wide variety of spells, but its specialisations are blessings, curses, weather control, divination and illusions. At this Rank, even High Thaumaturgy-level (Ten-Count) spells can be cast using only One-Line incantations composed of a single word, and all others are cast at the speed of Single-Action; in addition, feats close to True Magic can be performed, though only while inside one's Territory. Smid's elemental affinities are Wind and Water (including Lightning and Ice); he tends to rely on elemental curses that cause physical interference (such as the Wind-aligned Elf Shot, the original version of the Gandr spell, capable of killing even Heroic Spirits) and a Wind-aligned cursed boundary layer to enhance his combat performance by forming defensive barriers of wind capable of stopping even Noble Phantasms, moving (even flying) at high speeds and increasing the power behind his own strikes.

In addition, Smid is also capable of disguising his usage of spells of illusion and invisibility, so that not even a top-tier magus could detect his casting of those spells despite the great amount of prana they normally require. This is how he could magically disguise both himself and his brother all night long right under King Harek's nose.

    Noble Phantasms:

A Mother's Love Is the Strongest Steel
    Trollkarlens Svärd

    Rank: B
    Type:
    Anti-Unit
    Range: 1-2
    Max. Targets: 1
A Viking sword with a shorter, but wider blade (60cm long and 12cm wide, compared to most Viking swords being 70-80cm long and 4-6cm wide), it was crafted by Smid himself, and then enchanted by Busla. It's not beautiful or ornate in any way, only resilient and very effective; its only distinctive features are the runes inscribed on each side of the blade spelling out blessings for the wielder. Enchanted swords weren't uncommon in that era, but this one reflects Busla's magical affinities and love for Smid, her foster son.

When Trollkarlens Svärd's true name is called, a link is established between the blade and Smid. The sword glows as Smid's prana flows into it and is converted into kinetic energy, allowing him to deliver a melee attack of great speed and offensive power (on the usual level of an Anti-Unit B-Rank Noble Phantasm). The sword also has the additional property of "perceiving the best path to reach the enemy and guiding itself along that path", greatly enhancing the wielder's accuracy for that attack, and for that attack only. However, this is not a true prediction of the enemy's movements, much less spatial distortion or reverse causality; the attack can still be dodged, parried or otherwise defended against, depending on the target's capabilities.

Since the sword's enchantments are so simple, its activation time is nearly instantaneous, to the point there's practically no delay between calling the sword's true name and delivering the attack.

Misc. Notes: The Noble Phantasm admittedly required creative interpretation on my part; all the saga mentions of Smid's sword is that it was a gift from his foster mother, Busla, and that it had been enchanted by her. However, the effects (runes making the sword deadlier and more accurate) are in accordance with real-life beliefs and magical practices of the Norsemen, if reinterpreted as a "special attack" to better fit the genre and setting.
His fighting skills might seem inappropriate for a Caster, but he is mentioned as being gifted in many areas and "fighting bravely" in the saga despite not being as physically powerful as his brother.

I've been working on my first servant for a while, and I think I did a good enough job, so please proceed to tell me just how shit I am at this, and how to improve.

(There are (probably poorly worded) explanations for some skill choices in bold parentheses)

    True Name:
    George Washington (America)
    Class: Archer
Background: This is not necessarily the Heroic Spirit George Washington; this is an embodiment of America, using George Washington as a vessel. The Land of the Free, the Home of the Brave, a New World where anybody can succeed if they work hard. The ideals which make up the foundation of the country have taken the form of George Washington, giving Washington some strengths and weaknesses.

    Strength: D(C)
    Endurance: D(C)
    Agility: D (C)
    Mana: D
    Luck: B (C)

    Class Skills

Magic Resistance (E): Archer cannot cancel magecraft, but magical damage to him is reduced somewhat. Archer didn't encounter any magecraft during his life, thus leading to this abysmal rank given to him only by virtue of his class.

    Independent Action
(B): Archer can operate for 2 days in the physical realm without a contract, and can survive for a short while after suffering damage to his spirtual core. Archer was the general of a rebellion, although he did submit to a governmental system of checks and balances after the fact.

    Personal Skills

Spread of Misinformation (B): Archer's physical parameters appear, to any observer who doesn't know his true identity, to be one rank above what they actually are. Archer once boasting having several times the amount of gunpowder that he actually had, and successfully scared off an enemy general with the misinformation.

Charisma (B+): Archer's presence bolsters the performance of any allies he may have. Archer was the 1st ruler of a nation priding itself on being based upon the will of the people, and was unanimously voted to be its leader.(I gave him a B because there were many deserters at Valley Forge, but he was later the leader of a nation and I gave him a + because, as stated, he was unanimously voted leader.)

Sleeping Giant (A-): 3 months after being summoned, Archer gains one rank in all 3 of his physical parameters at the cost of one point in luck. America was famously described as a "sleeping giant", and for this Archer it represents his gaining aid from the French, giving him and his soldiers better equipment and training, while making the victories against Britain, at the time the world's superpower, less fate-defying.

    Noble Phantasms

From Rags to Riches; The American Dream
    Rank: (E-B)
    Anti-Unit or Anti-Army
Archer can call upon inventions created by those who consider themselves American, that were invented by the time Archer was summoned, and in the case of weaponry, somebody to use it. This takes the form of a soldier donning the outfit of the minuteman for firearms, or a pilot and his/her plane in the case of bombs. These spirits are as powerful as servants with an E- in all parameters. In the current age, the most powerful weapon he can summon is the atomic bomb, which has a very intense mana cost for his Master. Archer can, under normal circumstances, only summon 2 weapons and 1 wielder due to his low amount of Mana. (I'm not sure if my original idea for this was too good for somebody from the modern age, so I tried to keep it very limited, and I tried to distance it from Ionian Hetaroi by limiting the amount of soldiers to 1( 1 soldier doesn't count as an army summoning NP right?) and from Gate of Babylon and UBW due to the fact that he can't just weapon spam.)

It Was I Father; The Axe That Felled the Cherry Tree

    Rank: C
    Anti-Unit
This Noble Phantasm draws upon the concept of 'honesty': those hit by it are forced to tell the truth for up to 2 hours, depending on the injury suffered. As the anecdote of Archer cutting down the tree didn't actually happen, this Noble Phantasm can take many forms; in the Archer class it manifests as bullets. This Noble Phantasm has and additional + modifier if used against those with skills that disguise the truth, while sealing those skills for up to 1 hour, including Archer himself, should he somehow be struck by his own bullet.

The queen of France, that's who! Or at least, that's what the jewellers hoped. Too bad she wanted a boat instead.

Yes, that same picture is already in the Background bit on the sheet (I didn't like the writing on the summary I found so I rewrote it.)

    Also thank you!

    Saber
    Georges Danton, the Revolutionary

    Spoiler:
    Alignment: Neutral Good
    Place of birth: Arcis-sur-Aube, France
    STR: C (A)
    END: C (A)
    AGI: C (B)
    MAG: E (D)
    LUCK: B (A+)
    NP: C

    Class Skills

Magic Resistance (C): An ability which grants protection against magical effects. Differently from the Resistance effect that merely rejects prana, this ability cancels the spells altogether. This rank is sufficient to cancel spells with a chant below two verses, and cannot defend against Magecraft on the level of High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals. Since he possesses no natural resistance, Saber’s rank in this skill is lower than expected for a Saber-class Servant.

Riding (C): The expertise to ride animals and vehicles. This rank is enough to handle vehicles and animals with ease. However, riding magical beasts of any rank is beyond Saber’s ability.

    Personal Skills

Charisma (A): The natural talent to command an army. Increases the ability of allies during group battles. A rare talent, and an ability inherent to Servants of the Saver class. It is said that a rank of B in this skill is sufficient to lead a nation as its King. Though he was never a king or leader of any kind, Saber’s charisma and fiery rhetoric made him the driving force of the French Revolution.

Nature of a Rebellious Spirit (B): The refusal to follow a Lord and to remain as an independent soul. Nullifies Charisma of the same rank. Though this skill is strictly speaking for wandering souls who never took up under a lord, Saber’s version of this skill is unusual and ties to his Innovation skill. Skills associated with royalty, such as Charisma or Princess of Loveliness, have no effect on him.

Innovation - La République (A+): A skill granted to Servants who lead rebellions and revolutions in their time. The French Revolution was a notoriously fierce and bloody period of history, the apex of which involved the execution of King Louis XVI and, a year later, of his wife, Queen Marie Antoinette. This skill boosts Saber’s parameters immensely when facing a Servant with connections to royalty. Normally an average Servant, he becomes incredibly dangerous when facing down a King. The boosted stats are shown in brackets above. His stats are boosted further still when facing Servants connected to the French Crown, and further still against those who he sentenced to death, against Antoinette, for instance, he becomes a nigh unstoppable behemoth.

    Noble Phantasms

La Marseillaise & La Tricolore – The Emblems of Revolution (Anti-Army, C): The flag that Saber uses as his main weapon and the original version of the flag that even today is the flag of France. There also is the song: the rallying cry which became the French National anthem; though they are two different Noble Phantasms, they are closely tied and so are counted as one. Though Saber had little to do with either in his life, their identities that rose as symbols of France during the Revolution which he helped lead means they are now his after death. The song is a rallying cry of revolution, and by singing it, Saber can rise the morale of allies and strike fear and doubt into his enemies’ hearts. Skills that protect against mental interference can nullify this property. The song is affected by Innovation: enemy royalty will be stricken to a greater effect by the song, and allied royalty will receive lesser bonuses. The flag has an identical effect by being waved over Saber’s head, but can be used as the trigger of a weak (Rank D) Anti-Fortress Attack: Storming of the Bastille. A blast of fiery prana resembling a gunpowder explosion bursts as the flag is waved, capable of tearing apart stone walls.

    Lore
Saber is Georges Danton, one of the figureheads of the French Revolution. A passionate, idealistic man (or a greedy opportunistic one depending on what source you consult), Danton was something of a moderating force in the revolutionary committee, and a fierce and charismatic speaker, declaring after the execution of Louis XVI: "The kings of Europe would dare challenge us? We throw them the head of a king!”. Despite this, his less aggressive policies and attempts to end the Terror peacefully earned him a trip to the guillotine in 1794 at the age of 34. His last words to the crowd before his execution were "My only regret is that I am going before that rat Robespierre." True to his predictions, Maximilien Robespierre, the man behind the Terror, was guillotined less than half a year later.

Saber is passionate, idealistic and hot tempered. He truly believes in the cause he fights for and loves France with all of his heart. Though he is not above using violence where necessary, he prefers to avoid bloodshed and settle disputes with reasoned arguments, though against someone with royal blood, he will pursue them relentlessly out of principle. If he believes his Master to be righteous, he will fight for them to the death, if not he will be difficult to manage due to his skills. His wish? Vive la France!

    Vive la France!

If you look up pictures of the actual Danton, you'll agree that I've been very, very flattering to him. I wanted a picture with the French flag, but couldn't find one that I liked.

Inspired by de la Motte, Washington and the fact that I listened to Do You Hear the People Sing? twelve times to psych myself up for an exam.

That's a pretty rad sheet you got there Asterism42. If I could suggest one thing, it's regarding the Innovation Skill you gave him. That is, Servants don't seem to possess Innovation in its "raw" form but rather their own unique version of it based on the particularities of their revolution. Like with Nobunaga and her Tenkai Fubu- Innovation Skill. So I'd give him Innovation (Regicide) or something. Your choice though, this is mostly just fanon considering we only have one (pretty much non-canon) instance of the Skill in Type-Moon lore proper. Also it seems its become something of a trend for people to be making Servants with ties to the French Revolution lately. My Louis XIV will be in serious trouble if these guys are summoned!

Also why is Riding (C) the only one of his Skills that's not bolded? Seems a little odd.

Your Louis Servant reminded me of the Diamond Necklace, so its your own fault, in a sense.

The point Royd is trying to make is that Nobunaga simply doesn't has "Innovation"
She has "Innovation - Tenka Fubu".

i.e. Innovation generally have a "subname" themed around the innovation the servant brought

    List of Servants I've made

  17. #12337
    Ferdiad
    Brother Warrior of Connacht

    Class: Lancer.
    Alternate Classes: Caster.
    Alignment: Lawful Neutral.

    Parameters:

    Strength: B.
    Endurance: B.
    Agility: B.
    Mana: C.
    Luck: E

    Noble Phantasm: A

    Class Skills

    Magical Resistance
Grants protection against magical effects. Different from the Resistance effect that merely rejects Magical Energy, this ability cancels the spells altogether.

    • C: Cancel spells with a chant below two verses. Cannot defend against Magecraft on the level of High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals.

    Personal Skills

    Bravery
The ability to negate mental interference such as pressure, confusion and fascination.

    • A+: Bonus effect of increasing melee damage. Lancer faced the famous Hound of Ulster with full knowledge of his strength and even knowing that one would die on the final day, he never faltered in the three day combat. Even faced with the dreaded ríastrad, Lancer continued to fight on.

    Battle Continuation
The strength of vitality for predicaments. Also, the ability to withdraw from combat and reach allied territory alive after being defeated.

    • B: Capable of shrugging off a multitude of wounds, though cannot survive forever without healing.

    Expert of Many Specializations
The access to and use of many expert skills.

    • B: Darts, swords, spears, shields, javelins and a total of 16 other skills can be used with proficiency of Rank B or below.

    Rune Magic
The knowledge about the magecraft that originated in northern Europe.

    • B: Capacity to use the 18 original runes. Lancer was one of the pupils taught by the witch Scathach in the Land of Shadows. Allows to be summoned as a Caster.

    Armament.

    • Lancer will be summoned with a none-Phantasmal spear, made of a dark colored wood, engraved with ivy in a beautiful design. The spear head is a gleaming silver color, sharp and ready for usage. Lancer can easily grab another weapon and use it with equal ability, but finds himself more at ease with spears.

    Noble Phantasm.

    Fear Dia
Horned Skin that Serves with Pride

    Type: Anti-Unit
    Rank: A
    Range: -
    Maximum number of targets: 1

Lancer was said to be equal in all martial feats against the mighty Cu Chulainn with two exceptions. Cu Chulainn wielded the Gae Bolg, a spear that only he could use and Lancer's horned skin, which is said that no weapon can pierce. As Servants have their spears, swords, bows and chariots, Lancer's weapon is his very body. This is what allows him to be summoned in the Lancer container.

Sublimed into a Conceptual Weapon, Fear Dia manifests as a constantly active psuedo-Bounded Field, a systematic intergration of his legend and magic and imparted unto his own body. Normally, Lancer's skin will seem completely normal, but it is truly hundreds of folded down horns, similar to the scales of a reptile. All attacks below Rank B will suffer a Rank Down and be inflicted with a Minus Modifier. Rank A attacks and above will simply suffer a Minus Modifier. Attacks directed towards any openings, the mouth, ears, mouth, nostrils and anus shall succeed and gain a Plus Modifier. Only these spots are where one can greatly wound and bypass Fear Dia.

Lancer can activate Fear Dia, allowing a few horns to erupt from his skin. These will count as Rank C Noble Phantasms, growing out to the length of a short spear, commonly from his hands and fight with them. Whether using them in replacement of a weapon or to impale people whilst grappling, it is an extremely supple and comfortable technique for Lancer to use.

    Ath Fhirdiad
    Feat of the Ford

    Type: Reality Marble
    Rank: B
    Range: 1-8
    Maximum number of targets: ???

The final battlefield, the ford in where the fantastic battle of Cu Chulainn and Lancer took place. They fought for three days, using 8 swords, darts, spears, throwing weapons and finally heavy swords. Lancer, on the third and final day, began to gain the upper hand. Cu Chulainn called for his charioteer, Laeg, to float down the great spear Gae Bolg down the river. Distracting Lancer with a thrown spear, causing him to raise his shield, Cu Chulainn grasped the Gae Bolg in the fork of his right foot and thus impaled Lancer, causing many barbs to course through his body and ultimately kill him. Cu Chulainn mourned and lamented over his death as he carried him away, praising is strength, bravery and skill.

While never being a true mage in life, the death place, the fated battle he has with his beloved foster-brother and so much more holds great meaning to Lancer. This thus manifests as a Reality Marble, writing over the World with his own.

And Lancer's own world is a beautiful ford, the grass an emerald green on the banks, rocks studding the slow moving river that makes the ford. On the very edges of the marked battlefield is a roaring crowd of warriors, chanting on the battle of the great warriors. They are simple images created by the Reality Marble, unable to be interacted with, going on with their praise of two combatants. Any one who is not part of the duel, that is, Lancer and whomever he challenges, shall be situated in a place of honor, a raised stand for them to watch.

Ath Fhirdiad is an advanced version of the Ath nGabla, activating when Lancer challenges a single enemy to combat. Activating the Reality Marble, three days of combat shall take place, If either of them do not die at the end of a day, all wounds shall be healed, mana will be recharged and the combatants shall be provided a large banquet and able to converse with whomever they brought, most commonly their Master and so forth. Ath Fhirdiad is less a dreadful duel to death and more a celebration, celebration of the warriors that fight and die for causes, for honor, glory and pride. Those fighting and watching will not feel a irritation, but a great joy. The effect is almost magical, though can be ignored without any effort.

The final and third day is the deciding factor if the duelists do not die in the first two. The both of them shall fight until death. A strong bounded field is set around the area they fight for all three days, those attempting to breach it finding themselves under massive mental pressure and mana leeched away from them at an alarming rate. The mana stolen is used in the upkeep of the Reality Marble.

Whilst fighting, Lancer is able to call upon the weapons he used in life. Darts, swords, lances, spears, javelins and other non-Phantasmal weapons can be brought suddenly into his hand. Even if they break, a replacement can suddenly be summoned. This uses small amounts of mana, though can exhaust Lancer is he must constantly use this.

While Lancer does not gain any stat benefits from this, the unfortunate and treacherous ways he was forced into combat against Cu Chulainn enforces a concept of death. In the final day, one must die. Fate itself will re-write the circumstances of the duel so that one must die, the enemy gaining a Rank Up to their Luck in comparison to Lancer's own.

The Reality Marble is not mana intensive unlike others, operating on a system of runes that mark the boundary of the dueling area, as well as creating the powerful Bounded Field that prevents one from interfering. If truly needed, the Reality Marble will leech small amounts of mana from all active entities it, mainly that of Lancer and his Master. One may volunteer to take the burden, as the three days of fighting must continue and end with one's death. One may call the Reality Marble an Authority in it's own world, attempting to keep itself alive for the sake of this need.

Does he really need Expert of Many Specializations? Most of those are things he should already have as a skill simply for being a Lancer.
I'm not sure he should have Bravery (especially not at that Rank), even if he did resist the fear effect around Cú Chulainn (both before and during the Warp Spasm). I mean, a lot of very brave heroes who somewhat regularly fought fantastic creatures (King Arthur, Gilgamesh, Cú Chulainn himself, etc.) don't have that Skill. His M. Res. Skill by itself should theoretically protect him from most mind-affecting spells, anyway.

expert of many specializations is the original imperial privilege.

Also I've always wondered if expert of many specialization is a hundred faced special skill or not. Because the first line talks about split personalities.
Same with Librarian of Stored Knowledge
As they both start with "because of split personalities."

Genderbending because this is the best faceclaim I had, as is my custom.

    Class: Shielder
    Alternate Classes: Caster, Lancer, Saber

    STR: B
    END: A
    AGI: C
    MGI: B
    LCK: B

    Class Skills

Magic Resistance (B): Cancels spells three verses or shorter. Shielder was born close to the end of the Age
of the Gods, but her partonage and close relationships with many deities has increased her natural resistance.

Riding (C): Most beasts and vehicles can be handled with above average skill.
However, Phantasmal Races are beyond her ability.

    Personal Skills

Agent of the Gods (A+): This skill denotes that Shielder was chosen to rule by the will of the divine, and influences
her abilties accordingly. Her close relationships with several gods caused her to be celebrated as a paragon of piety
and wisdom. This skills function is similar to Imperial Privilege, except that Shielder's ability to rule comes from
divine providence rather than herself. Shielder is treated as having Rank B in Divinity, Charisma, Protection of the
    Faith
and Persausive Orator, as well as granting a rank-up to STR and LCK.

Protection from Lightning & Thunder (A): A boon that she gained by winning a battle of wits with Jupiter, Shielder
is able to invoke a protective ritual that makes her completely immune to electricity and sound-based attacks.

    Noble Phantasm

    Ancile~Pignora Imperius (B++, Anti-Unit, Support)

The shield of the Roman god Mars. When a plague was ravaging Rome, this Divine Construct fell from the sky. When
Shielder picked it up and recognized it for what it was, she declared the plague ended and it was so. A voice was
heard throughout the land declaring that Rome should be the mistress of the world while the shield was preserved.
The shield became a sacred relic to the Romans and is a guarantor of Rome's continued sovereignty. Those who call
themselves "enemies of Rome" will be utterly unable to land a hit on Shielder's body while she wields it, since it
gains a + modifier to defense when used against them. The shield moves on its own to intercept all attacks against
Shielder. This in itself is not unusual for a tool of the god of war, but the shield's secret is something that
Shielder herself added to its existence. The shield will appear to blur and leave afterimages as it moves with
blinding speed. The trick is revealed when two or more attacks make to strike Shielder at the same time; then the
shield blocks all of them, regardless of where they are, appearing to be in multiple places at once. This is because
upon recieving the shield, Shielder commissioned the mythic blacksmith Mamurius to forge eleven identical copies of
Ancile, in order to confuse attackers and thieves. Therefore, the shield is in fact a set of twelve whose existences
are overlaid with each other, and if necessary can completely surround Shielder by revolving around her. In addition,
Shielder can use the set of twelve offensively by invoking Salii Palatini: Guardians of the War God, the priesthood
that were charged with carrying the eleven copies of Ancile. Eleven youths materialize, with armor and weapons made
to make them appear identical to Shielder. Though with their strength they can only be considered E-rank Servants, each
copy of Ancile does not lose its power, so Shielder can quickly turn the tide of battle in her favor by outnumbering
    and overwhelming her opponent.

    If summoned as Caster:
Territory Creation (A+): Capable of establishing a Temple. Caster was a patron of Terminus, the god of boundaries, and was
attributed to have started a cult to him. Caster's Temple has high defensive properties, making entrance quite difficult.

Item Construction (B): Caster possesses knowledge learned from several Roman
gods and can make a variety of Mystic Codes and ritualistic items.

    Noble Phantasm

    Egeria~Libri Fulgurales (B, Magecraft, Anti-Unit)

Caster was said to have authored several sacred books in which she had written down divine teachings, mostly from
her consort Egeria and the Muses. They are contained within one tome and contain laws and rituals pertaining to the
ancient Roman religion as well as magecraft relating to medicine, purification and divination. In the way of offense,
Egeria herself grants Caster control of water in battle, and the tome contains rituals to petition a variety of gods
for assistance, whether that be in the form of lightning strikes, blasts of fire or ominous curses.

    Background
Numa Pompilius was the legendary second king of Rome, succeeding Romulus. Many of Rome's most important religious and
political institutions are attributed to her. Numa was the youngest of four children, born on the day of Rome's founding
(traditionally April 21st). She lived a severe life of discipline and banished all luxury from her home. After the death
of Romulus, there was an interregnum of one year in which the royal power was exercised by members of the Senate in rotation
for five days in a row. After much bickering between the factions of Romulus and Tatius (Numa's father-in-law), a compromise
was reached, and Numa was elected by the senate as the next king. However, Numa was a cunning and calculating person. At first
she refused the offer. Her father and kinsmen, including his teacher and the father of Numa's son-in law, Marcus, along with
an embassy of two senators from Rome, banded together to persuade her to accept. After being summoned by the Senate, Numa
was offered the tokens of power amid an enthusiastic reception by the people of Rome. She requested, however, that an augur
should divine the opinion of the gods on the prospect of her kingship before he accepted. Jupiter was consulted and the omens
were favorable. Thus approved by the Roman and Sabine people as well as the heavens, she took up her position as King of Rome.

In addition to the endorsement by Jupiter, she had had a direct and personal relationship with a number of deities, most famously
the nymph Egeria, who according to legend taught her to be a wise legislator. Numa held nightly consultations with Egeria on the
proper manner of instituting sacred rites for the city. She played on the Roman's superstition to give herself an aura of awe and
divine allure, in order to cultivate more gentle behaviors among the warlike early Romans, such as honoring the gods, abiding by
law, behaving humanely to enemies, and living proper, respectable lives.
