It depends on how Narita paces the story. Most war settings would have the second last day be a rest day, so things get speed up from there to reach the last day of battles (the climax).
Doesn't sound like the second day is going to be a rest day judging by the description on Dengeki Bunko's website.
He meant the 6th day.

True Archer and Bazdilot Cordelion for both. Though Narita has taken me by complete surprise in the past.
