Strange Fake is very noncommittal with specific dates, because it says both "upcoming presidential election" as well as that the 4th Holy Grail War "was about 15 years ago" (Chapter 20, Volume 6)

So overall it's just keeping things very vague.

Yeah what Comun says here, it also lines up with some age things like Flat. Flat is 15 during Case Files, his birthday’s in December, so we can assume he turns 15 during December or Case Files in 2003. This would mean he turns 20 during December of 2008, which lines up with his introduction saying he’s “Nearly 20” in Volume 1.

I also I think the idea that Obama’s just fucking dead in strange Fake is hilarious.
