No he never has, Narita actually said that he personally believes that Nasu will write the Dismantlement of the Holy Grail in the next few decades eventually, back in SF Volume 1.

That being said, Melon Lord had a whole series about him by Sanda that ended inconclusively due to Gray’s plot not being wrapped up, and then Melon Lord Adventures continued and also is looking unlikely to wrap up some of Melon Lord’s ongoing things. It’s just logical that Melon Lord’s ongoing series will continue over the next decade or so as Sanda gradually gets to the Dismantlement.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but in December 2020 when volume 1 of Adventure came out, I remember reading a statement from Nasu and Sanda where they said that this novel existed to lead us towards the dismantling of the Grail...

It also makes sense because in volume 8 of Adventures, Juste foreshadows the dismantling. In fact, it's for this reason that he tries to kill Waver because it will likely cause a large-scale conflict in the magical world.

Fate/stay Night is game where you make choices, causing the events to subtly branch out into the Saber Route, Rin Route, or Sakura Route; but as prequel, Case Files could be incorporated to all of these possibilities.
However, portraying Case Files' future would require selecting one of those routes. This is a choice that would great affect the format of the Holy Grail dismantlement that is bound to happen in Fuyuki City - The Dismantling War, Fate/stay Night's last vestiges.
For that reason, I talked to FsN author Kinoko Nasu, and we agreed to write imagining an original route that will eventually lead to the Dismantling War. That's not directly related to Adventures' story, but to write certain characters, like Toosaka Rin, who appeared in this book, knowing which route they experienced is a very necessary background.

Adventures leaads into the dismantling but the dismantling isn't relevant to Adventures itself.

after sitting and digesting that plot point I have some thoughts on it

This feels like something that’s more FGO exclusive and wouldn’t apply to anyone normal because everyone else should have a death date

I always thought Sigma becoming Lancer was always the natural conclusion, but now I definitely feel like him refusing it is a very big possibility.
