I think Aniplex has been shoveling their energies into Clover works now, A 1 has been reducing in projects these past few years unlike before

Baccano isn't really ment to ever end. Its the story with no beginning and no end.
This is fine actually. Most anime cover about one volume of LN per 4 episodes so a 50 ep count sounds about right. That said, I think asking for anything more than 2 25 ep seasons is probably going to be optimistic, but i hope condensing-related concerns will be allayed such as by turning vol 1 into a far longer ep 0 styled ova.
The bigger question is if Narita can hold himself to there being 10. When he started he thought it would be done in 5 lol.

I really find it hard to imagine him wrapping it up in less than 12. There's still so much on the table, and Narita only seems to add more to his plate every single time he plans on something being over. We have someone who was supposedly just a minor mid-boss in his mind taking center stage, let alone wrapping up Thia, Alcides, and the Prelatis. Even if he rapid fires some character deaths in the temple, that'll just mean more page time for those left behind.
I can't see Narita increase his speed so drastically. An increase to 3 volumes every two years would already be a big improvement, if not overly optimistic. If an anime is released, that would bring more expose to SF and hopefully push Narita to write a bit faster.
10 volumes might indeed not be enough. However, it depends how he handles the next volumes. He said he's starting the finale, but vol 7 was nearly all set-up to a confrontation at Ishtar's temple, but I can't see everything wrap up there. On the other side, if Narita plans his ending to be as long durarara, than 10 volumes does track. But those volumes would have to be long and filled with pay-off.

Does anyone know of any updates regarding the translation of Volume 7?

Rock falls, everyone dies.
There, I just completed your story already.
Enkidu prevented that this volume though.
Any news regarding the translation?
I just hope the rumors regarding an Anime adaptation coming soon is true
>A series with lots of anime already
>April Fool's
It's real.
If it's happening, I hope they don't monkey's paw this like Biscuit Hammer. Hope it's a good studio that has a multi-year plan rather than trying to rush out 5-7 volumes in one season. That would be a shitshow.
I noticed the link for the raws of volume 5 manga died, is there any way to get to them again?
I really wonder where they'll stop it. It's not like the story is really divided into partially standalone arcs to make a cleanly wrapped up anime adaptation, the way something like Case Files for example was.
