Yes, but in the interests of Canada-U.S. relations, I could see the Prime Minister allowing them the lead, given that the team are composed of American citizens, and committed crimes on American soil. (And they likely have more resources to throw at the problem.)

Yes. It starts off slow (and it ISN'T Avengers TV, which is something that turned off a lot of people), but the last several episodes has really changed the dynamic of the show (thanks to CA:TWS).
