    My mom (french teacher) just told me that Ciel isn't pronounced "seal" but more like "sea elle" if it is pronounced french.

    The perks that come with speaking French.

    On that topic I've been listening to P.Ciel videos on Youtube. Did you know that all her lightning spells are incanted in French? Every time she shoots bolts, it's "Code [number of bolts in French]". Like for Crescent style, I heard "Code Six" and "Code Dix-Sept", and upon failure to guard, both attacks deal respectively 6 and 17 hits. I thought it was pretty neat. She does the same for her Last Arc:

    At 0:03, she shouts "Quatre-Vingt Dix-Neuf", which translates to Ninety-nine, and her Last Arc deals 99 hits.

    If they ever make another Tsukihime anime project I want her dub voice to have a french accent. I love french accents.

    actually I found this out when I was listening to MB win quotes. thats how they pronounce it.


    arc is also pronounced Aru-kay-do or something close to that.

    That's actually a good shot - compared to the rest of the lot. she just looks very, VERY neutral and there's something dead in her eyes. God knows every other time she showed she creeped me the hell out, but then again, it's hard to think up of something not shiver-worthy in that production.
