Funny thing, yesterday I idly thought that maybe the episode would get leaked early, but decided that was ridiculous. No way it'd happen with all the threats and safeguards HBO was sure to take. Then comes today... and I'm not sure what's funnier. The number leaked, or some of the spoilers about them.

The premiere was pretty terrible. Some of it might be the material they are working with but still, I nearly fell asleep.

Why they even bother showing characters like Pod/Brienne or Loras anymore is beyond me.

There's actually very little of it sofar. Really only one scene.

They've also gotten rid of a vast amount of the Meereen bullshit, focusing less on Dany's teenage girl internal melodrama and more on the fact that she utterly fails are ruling.

I want to believe they'll get rid of it, but I don't.

That said having finished all 4 episodes I can only say that I no longer believe Littlefinger even has an endgame and just wants to keep making new plans because he's the sort of person who probably gets off on watching interlocking gears move.
