I know. It's actually surprisingly faithful, yeah. But mew was saying Sansa was too young when she's actually older.
The Hall of Selected Cruor Praise
I actually don't mind that. The ages of the Stark children used to put me off.

Has everyone been keeping up on the latest episodes.
Love all the actions we've been getting, especially the little duel between Sandor and Gregor.

Ah, you misunderstood what I said. I meant that there is absolutely no way the TV actress for Sansa can possibly be as young as 13. She looks at least 16 to me, but I wouldn't be surprised if she was an adult. I know all of the children are supposed to be even younger in the books, I read them.
Actually, she was 14 when it was filmed and she's 15 now.

I just said she was 14 when it was filmed guys. She's 15 now.

Love that part between Gregor and Sandor.
Also love it when that Dothraki guy, don't remember his name, uses his whip.

Anyone see the latest episodes? Am I the only one fanboying over Ser Barristan?

Well I can FINALLY talk about something new I've been working on this past year. A new Game of Thrones video game (the RPG)!

There are other games coming out as well (RTS Genesis is already out). What do you all think? Should Martin's book series be expanded into video games?

I don't think so.
It wouldn't be much of a game, IMO.
Ask TIK - Where all your important life questions can be answered.
And why not? It's a rich world, plenty of room to build a story in, no?
If you mean a game following the novel characters, then yeah that would be dumb. Someone would just die every chapter.
Ah. I had been thinking of an MMORPG.
There is some potential for A Song of Ice and Fire RPG. I don't know how much, but it certainly exists.

It'd be nice if it was a really long game which you can affect largely (though realistically for someone to affect the world largely in this setting is to change protags after certain points in the game). Doubt it.
The Hall of Selected Cruor Praise
Yeah, well I basically can't talk about it any more than that. I hope it turns out for the best, though, as it's still a work in progress.
To be more precise, I worked on this project in terms of assessing its potential and some QA in my spare time. My main duties are still translation related so I mostly work with games that actually require localization from Japan.
So, to those who saw it, is this worth a watch? I've been powering through the books(On a Feast for Crows now) and it might be fun to go back to the beginning and see little things.
Yes, definitely. It's pretty faithful to the book, and the few changes they made aren't bad at all(unsurprisingly given that Martin was heavily involved in the show's creation). They also threw in some bits from ACOK(like the dialogue between Jaime and Cat while he's a prisoner of the Starks/Tullys). And the interactions between Littlefinger and Varys are simply awesome
