Kinda. Way more freeform. There is a rulebook but usually there are no or very little rolls or calculations involved, you just go with what makes sense.

There are a lot of new people that haven't read the IC. At least Sei hasn't, iirc.

And on joining, maybe you can ask Verg about slots but I think we can be considered full at the moment.

That said, we do have a bit of mechanical redundancy going on, and the first expansion just hit the RP proper, with a second on the way, so it couldn't hurt to ask.
