Argh, this took most of the day...While this is technically the first battle scene I've translated for EXS, a good portion of this scene is more plot then battle porn. In any case, enjoy it everyone, and I think you'll be able to guess what the next scene will be.

Well, it was always a theory from EXA that never really seemed to pan out, so I guess the writers decided to use that card this time. Whether it will matter at all because he's fucking ODIN is another matter.

Yea that seems to work. At least the battles won't end with a Gungnir oneshot, though I don't think that's the case since his abilities are already cheating. I'd laugh my ass off if he pulls out an Overlimit Gungnir in the next scene.

On a side note, why do I get the feeling that the brothers-back-to-back CG is going to appear in the next scene...or the scene after that?

Potential Spoiler

When Odin says "Sakura" at the end of that scene, the kanji used is "サクラ", which is highly unusual for him. When he talked about Sakura (his wife) back at the end of the EXA route, the kanji used was "桜". This is beginning to make me think there Odin had an ulterior motive when he suggested that Sakura should survive along with Reiji. Looking forward to continuing this route.

HE LIED!!! Odin said he would go all out but he didn't even use Overlimit Gungnir! IT'S A LIEEEEE- oh wait... Right. He doesn't have enough mana at the moment.

I just finished the route, and...venom, let's just say that I'd prefer to stare down an Overlimit Gungnir rather than what Odin pulls out near the end of it.

Mellon, in regards to your spoiler a few posts back, I can definitely say that you messed up with your guide somewhere, because I didn't experience it through my playthrough. I had to go back and get it through the Scene Replay function.
