Why didn't I notice that earlier... Odin's Gungnir is only imba when he uses Kamigami no Tasogare to implement it. Without the absolute, Gungnir is just a lump of concentrated mana. Still quite imba cuz his mana is so vast though.

Odin was so hax when he sealed Sakura in another dimension before they even fought. And why do I see this as a father-son bonding time for both Reiji and Odin? lolz.

Hahaha, yeah Odin just looks like he's having so much fun. "COME REIJI, SHOW ME THE POWER OF YOUR DECISION!" At least Reiji has Sakura power backing up his mana. His FENRIS WOLF is really hax now. I wonder if Reiji will start pulling new techniques out of his ass like usual. x.x

'nyway, least Reiji can keep up with Odin with 30% restraint (Or is Odin letting him?) for now. They both look like they're having fun manapunching each other to ..death?

Just like I said up above, Gungnir is only powerful when Odin uses Kamigami no Tasogare to add an "absolute power" layer of concept to make it unblockable. Without it, Gungnir is just like any ordinary concentrated attack. Reiji doesn't have enough mana to beat it, but he made Fenris Wolf an attack that "surpassed every kind of attack Odin could pull off" (any attack Ryuichi could pull of in Sakura route), so it's kinda turned into a conceptual attack instead of a normal one. And so when Odin is fighting at 30%, you know he has enough disadvantages to lose once.

So close Momiji, if it wasn't for Schwarzritter's Tyrfing. It seems like she needs a Da Capo to get her back up like Sayuki did in her route, or some Deus ex Mechina magic. On a side note, loving Schwarzritter's new sprite.

It was a treat seeing Schwarzritter finally pop up. Cutting lightspeed attacks because of broken Instinct/Eye of the Mind made me raise my eyebrows in the "welp...crap, there goes that plan" kind of way. Then I thought it was deceptively simple and effective how she and Jin were able to be affected by Grimoire's Sins because of the connection their magic/Magical Weapons have with their owners, but then cringed when those effects were shaken so easily and Judgement was cut by Tyrfing.

Sorry Momiji, not your day, huh?

Holycrap that was fcking epic!!!!!!! Battles like that are ones I love the most. Reiji and Ryuichi combined their powers in an innovative way to overcome Odin's seemingly impenetrable defense! That was so much more interesting then Reiji just pulling a random move out of his ass like "SUDDENLY DA CAPO: ZERO". The GAR and Broness was so thick in that scene hahahahha.

I'm not 100% clear on how it worked though. So Ryuichi choose the "future" to be a moment 24 hours in the past, and then it kept looping until Odin was hit with the attack in a state where he was no longer invincible?

Basically, Da Capo allowed their attack to have already hit 24 hours in the past, and the future aspect of Nothung would allow their attack to recycle. Since their attack still has both Da Capo and Nothung's effects, it spreads into an infinite loop of 24 hours all the way back until when they needed 16 years ago.

Heh I see. The "key" to defeating Odin seems to always stem from reverting him back to the past 16 years ago. When I first saw them combining their moves, I thought they would lock Odin in a time loop, where he would constantly revert to the point where he was destroyed, thus effectively eliminating him. Although with that method Odin wouldn't be able to say and cool last words and acknowledge his sons. XD

With Odin defeated, Momiji's situation should be reversed. Schwarzritter was created with Odin's magic, and without Odin maybe we'll get Nagisa back? Momiji also has two hidden cards to play, La'Arc en Ciel and Glephnir (Or however you spell it).

That was awesome. Both Reiji and Ryuichi are OP'ed by themselves but together, they really are unstoppable. Asgard Wolf was cool though. One of the best and interesting magic in the Fortissimo series. Too bad Odin didn't shine much in this route, as he died so quickly compared to him in Sayuki's route.

True, but than again, with Jin as the primary protagonist an end such as this was really to be expected. At least he went out sounding more bro than in either of the two routes, at least to me.

The last two routes were purely plot armor-porn and power-porn, respectively. This technical-porn route is truly refreshing. Though I still can't accept Jin as the final boss, it's a relief that it doesn't leave me any regret to see him die.

Heh, I just can't wait to see the look on Jin's face when he hears Odin has been defeated. Jin himself completely gave up on the idea of defeating Odin, and then Loki goes and surpasses him hahaha. Everytime Jin spouts his LOL TRUE KING crap it annoys me so damn much.
