Negi's body is taken over by the big bad, this timeline seems pretty dark too. Maybe she came about here as well, possible sired by Lifemaker Negi, hence the henching.

Al actually being there wouldn't surprise me though.
I am of the personal belief that the Tsukihime Remake is two years from release. It will remain as such until a release date is announced, at which time its actual release date is 6 months after that date.
I thought it was pretty obviously some kind of illusion to make Negi give in. Or a sort of delirious representation of how he finally faltered.
