Okay, so once again, quick and dirty google fu on the translation summary. Hideyoshi says the sun fell from the sky and hit him on the head, giving him that scar and marking him as a child of the sun. His mother basically says he's a moron and ran into a pillar. He rushes off to prove himself with Okita in tow while mama Hideyoshi thanks Okita for keeping an eye on her beloved dumbass. Going back to Nobu, it at first looks like Hideyoshi is gonna get beheaded for fucking up in the battle with Imagawa, but basically by explaining that servants are a thing and quite unpredictable, he gets a by ball and Nobu gives him her cloak as a reward, Hideyoshi rips it to make a scarf and Katsuiie basically tells him to apologise while the sane people wonder at the insanity of Hideyoshi and Nobu who take this whole affair in stride. Hideyoshi's little brother rocks up to tell them the terrible news, Kagetora got beat, thus introducing a new servant, Shinkuro Ise, founder of the Hojo clan, or the later Hojo clan which may or may not be related to an earlier Hojo clan, I'm not sure, I didn't do the full research here. The last page is basically Nobu complaining about the series rapid firing new character intros, Hideyoshi apologises and in typical Guda Guda fashion, Okita and Nobu move onto other nonsense like nothing happened, leaving Rider the only sane person in the entire comic.

Shinkuro Ise, better known as Hojo Soun, was a ronin/official of the ashikaga shogunate and most importantly the founder of the Late Hojo Clan.
Essentially when he started rising up in power as a daimyo in the Izu Province, he adopted the name of the Hojo, a powerful family of the Kamakura days, as a way to build legitimacy and bring a sense of continutiation to his rule (the Early Hojo Clan and the Late Hojo Clan shared the Izu and Sagami provinces as their home)

Okay, my machine translation had a real hard time with this one, so I'm sorry if this one is really bad.
Shinkuro appears to be arguing with his Master? Presumably a member of the Modern Hojo (Ujiyasu maybe?) about his fight with Kagetora. If I'm reading this right he was surprised by Kagetora wielding all the weapons she does and while he managed to pull out the win, he didn't finish her off.
Meanwhile, Kagetora is happy for the fight, but is surprised her opponent was of the Hojo, maybe the Hojo weren't as strong in her day? I'm not sure of the history here.
A ninja reports to Shingen saying Kagetora is on her way to Kawanakajima, presumably going to replay the old battle between her own forces and those of Kai. Takeda says they'll focus on taking the Grail, but such things are basically in Kagetora's nature. (Side note, Takeda was famed for his early use of information warfare, holding numerous spies and ninja throughout the country including the famed Mochizuki Chiyome, so it's possible that ninja isn't just a random ninja but representative of his servant abilities maybe?)
Nobu kicks Sakuma out of the way. It's not clear which Sakuma this is, the text seems to identify him simply as "retired Sakuma" so it doesn't clarify whether it's Nobumori or Morimasa who were both prominent retainers to Nobunaga, but probably the former as he was older? Anyway, they seem to be arguing over Sunomata Castle, the one Hideyoshi is supposed to build and how Nobu basically agrees to give him the money for it. This is the really dodgy part of the translation to be frank, so I can't be 100% on the context.
Discussing the castle with Okita, Hideyoshi says there's a formula to these things and they should have fun with it. His brother runs off saying that's not how things work. Hideyoshi does admit to there being a problem though.
Said problem is apparently the Asano clan as they oppose his marriage to Nene due to his low status. Nene apparently left the clan and could only bring a goza mat to use as wedding tools. I think this must be some historical anecdote as I couldn't find data on it. Long story short, the two get hitched during this whole affair with the castle.
The post story page has them discussing the setting, though as usual Medusa is the only one taking things seriously. Michael shows up to ask if Toraomu has started (Is this shorthand for the index anime?) Nobu calls him by his pseudonym and Okita gets it wrong only for Medusa to correct them that he's Constantine XI.
EDIT: I forgot that this is probably the Living Kagetora and Shingen, so this isn't a replay, likely the original Kawanakajima.

New ZIPANG's out, this time introducing Takenaka Shigeharu. Takesugi pops up at the end, but I think he's just there for fun. It's fun to see Hideyoshi's entourage each chapter, what with Toyotomi Hidenaga (Hashiba Koichirou) and Nene having popped up already.

The long haired person is Takenaka Hanbei, Azai Nagamasa (Chacha's daddy) got namedrop in the conversation between Mitsuhide and Nobu, the giant with a sword and club is a servant & the three silhouettes sitting besides the one resting are the Three Brothers of the Mouri Clan
