My theory is that it's partially already happened, due to the nature of Shirou's psychosis. Fully awakened I have no idea about, though I'd imagine something like endgame-HF Reality Marble intrusion wouldn't be too far-fetched of a guess.

No, Araya's is awakened as well. He says so in Paradox Spiral.

That said, it's never been made clear exactly how Origin Awakening works.

Lio gains the powers of all the past predators he incarnated as in previous lifetimes by awakening his origin, so I guess find an animal with some passing mention of having really hot saliva.

Anything acidic (e.g. spices) can be perceived as "hot". It's not hard to imagine saliva just being marginally warm but also acidic enough to leave a stinging sensation at the same time.

Some days ago a anon from /tmg/ got some scans from a chinese site and dumped them in the link above. Going through them I noticed that 7.空之境界剧场版一问一答合集 is an Q&A related to KnK and after comparing the Japanese text I realized they are probaly the movie pamphlets, including the one from Overlooking View.
By the way, the link also has a lot of other nice stuff such as newer and better scans of Character Material (and it's also of a more recent editin that fixed some errors such as mixing Morgan with Guinevere) and raws that currently aren't available on sadpanda.
