Localizationing stuff
Considering Saber's master is someone who can make NPs I don't think it should be much of an issue.
Shirou can literally supply Saber with swords to use in combat. A NP should be able to take a couple of pranabursts.
Granted it would be taxing on Shirou, but it would make sense. Especially if he can trace Caliburn.
Forgetting, of course, that Shirou's NP's move on their own, so Saber would be doubly screwed trying to reign in such a weapon while fighting.

I personally think it is more of a Shirou with the weapon then just the weapon. Due to the whole "copying the history" thing.
Granted there should not be an issue with Caliburn since it fight makes Shirou fight like Saber, if anything it would be the perfect weapon to give Saber if he is able to trace it multiple times.
But that is something we will argue until the end of time unless Nasu makes it clear.
Sword moves in accordance to its history, it has nothing to do with who holds it.
And I feel the same way about him copycatting Caliburn, sure, but toss Caladbolg to Saber and she'd have to know how Fergus fought or something. inb4 Instinct

Yeah, the real problem is more likely to be the sword shattering every time she tries to hit something, given that (IIRC) that's how Nasuverse Caliburn broke in the first place. Shirou's Gheto!Caliburn would probably break every 3 strikes.
What about Gil's weapons? Most of them haven't been used in a real fight, and Shirou definitely saw a few of them.
Of course, that still depends on how good this one's memory is.
Although I could see that for a comic moment.
"Here, I copied this out of Gate of Babylon!"
"Thank you Shi--" (Saber is rocketed forward by the sword shooting at mach speeds)"--ROOOOOOOOOOOOOO"
