    Really feel like those two episodes moved way too fast, but it was definitely better than what we've been seeing.

    Well, that's because those two episode weren't really meant to show Wan's life, but to establish the current situation. Or rather, it was intended to be a mix of the two, so there would have been some abridged parts.
