Einzbern homunculi share memory. So the visions of Iri are memories, vividly seen due to the corruption in the Grail, which instills doubt in Illya, while at the same time it's a go-to-image the Einzberns use for further brainwashing.

Part A. Black tarry shits.

• Are we to take that Illya as a grail vessel does suffer leakage from the great grail? I don't recall this in the VN actual.

Part B. Cylon Tank EX.

It's hard to keep track of as the homunculi bodies ramble on for so long. But the details shown are just wut.

• It seems to be a homunculus disposal tank. But why are they all in maid uniform and impaled with lots of pointy things?
  The fresh one they tossed in was bound in wrapping and non impaled also.
• Suddenly dead impaled things stick out of the water and yammer on. And at length and in detail. The way they talk it sounds as if they're alive, so I don't get what this is supposed to represent.
  
  Are they still alive, impaled, preserved in the tank and she's telepathically communicating with them?
  Are they trapped souls of the homunculi she's communing with?
  She just high off the surgical anaesthesia and it's all in her head?
  The way they're talking - are they actually still alive or are all homunculi dead or alive connected in some way?
• Acht and the Einzbern giving up and shutting down after Illya. An offshoot experiment they did with Iri that apparently is their perfect vessel. Their mini Arcueid.
  
  That's kind of a lore revelation isn't it? I thought their shtick was obsessing over the Third.
  Though - didn't the Einzbern disappear in Prisma Illya?

Part C. Lil Sis' Big Daddy.

• Another thing that seems rewritten. I thought the pain was just because she as a living creature, even a powerful Einsbern construct was having to support the summoning outside of the proper startup and activity of the Greater Grail.
• And now that we're at this scene, it reminds me - Why doesn't Illya just zap the wolves with her burd magic?
  That she can't stop a wolfpack seems more consistent with the VN feel that she has near bugger all fighting ability till the inserted scene in season 1.

General comments.

• Certainly not very impressive start to the fight. He's not even in a protective stance of Illya and just being shot up.
• I guess all that bloody black shit means Sakura is covered in bloody black shit in HF?
• This portrayal just makes it sound like it's the Grail that's driving her mad. Taunting her with all the news filtering back to the Einzbern.
• Herc remains nerfed. He's rather meaty under all attacks - even wolf munching - and is very dependant on dodging and parrying.
  Though ironically this more like a Berserker in rpgs and games rather than the tank we know in FSN.
• Gil is totally meh at slashing and jabbing Illya. That seems an odd way to play it. Like a bored kid poking something with a stick to see its reaction or something.
• And so Berserker's death is also changed. Like a ruse he's dead but remains like VN readers expect - only to pull a but wait! I'm still alive!
  Then CQGOB'd to death and disappears.
  
  Leaving Illya to be happy that Berserker's still next to her.
  
  When he's not.
• Regarding CQGOB - I'm imagining shirou doing some kinda spinning parry dodge before finally reaching Gil.
  Or maybe he manages it because he's pulling out Ea instead of GOBstabbing.
