So I wonder what Shirou's UBW is gonna look like against Gil. Will it be like in the ED, or the same as Archer's, or the same as Archer's, but with a blue sky?

Forest is a vampire who's a bit too good for her own good and doesn't know when to leave things alone. Armed with a ridiculously large hand gun, martial arts skills, a bitching pony car, and a love for pop culture she fights the forces of evil. Urban Fantasy 80's Style.

I interpreted the 'UBW conversion' scene has a changing of Archer's mental state. This would be reinforced by the fact that Archer was wincing in pain from remembering his final moments with Kiritsugu. This then leads to a denial in two ways, one against Shirou's final charge and another one against himself, for that scene with Kiritsugu. I have always interpreted Archer's Reality Marble has a representation of his mental state, so the fact that it is changing, from a bright light (hope) still obscured by darkened clouds (cynicism and regret), to a bright sky with clear clouds (resolution of his issues), always seemed like a very good piece of visual storytelling.
What do you people think of that choice for changes in the Reality Marble?

Linger: Complete. August, 1995. I met him. A branch off Part 3. Mikiya keeps his promise to meet Azaka, and meets again with that mysterious girl he once found in the rain.
Shinkai: Set in the Edo period. DHO-centric. As mysterious figures gather in the city, a young woman unearths the dark secrets of the Asakami family.
The Dollkeeper: A Fate side-story. The memoirs of the last tuner of the Einzberns. A record of the end of a family.
Overcount 2030: Extra x Notes. A girl with no memories is found by a nameless soldier, and wakes up to a world of war.
Thats also his final outfit in CCC, by the way. The topless armor i mean
His ko-gil inspired swimsuit is also nice, although its less a swimsu and more a "pick up girls at the beach" outfit. Infinitely better than Archer's speedos though.

Yeah, the design of Shinjis pimpcoat is based on this Gil outfit. It was originally meant to be his casual outfit in UBW, but got replaced with the leather attire because Takeuchi realized how stupid it looks, so it was only used in the "the Kings fashion sense sure is weird" scene in HA.
topless armor Gil is best Gil.
