It would be cool if they rewrote the fight a little and had Shirou and Gil clash some actual NP attacks, maybe with some of the NPs that came out after the original fate.
Imagine Shirou flamethrowering with a projected Galatine or using all of Lu Bu's 7-in-1 weapon set while Gil spears all around withh Vlad's NP and block the fire with Tamamo's mirror...

I think it's a little too much, that and both of them can't really do that. Gilgamesh is just an owner of the items and not their user, so he can't use them. Shirou could potentially use them, but it would probably instantly drain him if not just outright kill him.
Also, it feels too cheesy.
Thats not what "wielder" and "user" means in this case, Gil can use his NP's effects perfectly fine, remember how he curbstomped Saber in Fate with freeze swords, space hole scythes and other stuff?
you know while i think the chances of something like that is incredbly slim, i think it would be cool if they make a nod to the extra servants like that. Or any other servant Actually, like how DEEN did it with trua assasin's dirk.

I always saw the mass produced sword as part of his character. He is basically a magic sword smith and as created over a thousand blades, it's only normal that the majority of them are plain looking ones.
