I do hope ufo animate sword rain clashes inside ubw. The way shirou and gil just charged at each other with swords without even trying to sword rain in the deen movie was stupid, it made ubw feel like it didn't even matter.

Not really interested in that. It's only a bunch of swords clashing against fake ones and destroying each others.
What looked stupid is how bland Archer and Shirou swords looked like in the RM. You couldn't make any more generic looking blades. Extra is also responsible for this but at least they can blame it on system limitation.
Yeah, I've always wanted to see recognizable swords in UBW.
Where's Durandal? Where's Dansleif? Where's Houtengeki? Where are these swords we've supposedly seen?
Not like I really tend to do anything except spam Caladbolg II when UBW is up anyway.

Not bland swords is the second thing i would wish for in an UBW adaptation, i just don't know how likely it would happen.
But gill charging without trying to shoot shirou down just seems out of character to me. When have gil ever just charged in and locked swords with sonebody? It's not like gil instantly knows his sword rain would just be shot down faster in UBW....... Or maybe he does, because gil.

Final battle Gil does pretty stupid stuff, yeah. He does this because he greatly underestimates Shirou. After all, he's not only a puny magus, but a bad one at that. He's also a kid, and who fights seriously with kids throwing tantrums? So, no armor, no real sword spam, no Ea attempt until way too late. Gil looks stupid but that's mainly because Nasu made him too strong to really lose in a combat without hax (Avalon & Saber).
