    Akiha's hair turns Red because of her Oni Blood awakening, which also her into a Psychotic Killing Machine™

    While Shiki also turns into a Psychotic Killing Machine™ when his blood 'awakens', he only has Incest Powers, not Oni Powers, so his hair stays the same.

    I think you misunderstood. I meant Akiha kills SHIKI, her blood-related brother.

    Not really sure how often Akiha killed Shiki though. (Doesn't she ever on her own route?) I didn't really go hunting for Bad Ends in Tsukihime like I did Fate, and it's been awhile since I last played anyways.
