    Chibichuki = Chibi + Chuki (Tsuki) = chibi-MOON = chibi TYPE-MOON cast.

    It's a meme from Koha-Ace. Well not originally from there, but probably the reason it's in Chibichuki because Koha-Ace has a lot of video game references from 1990s and early 2000s.

    "Segata Sanshiro" was an advertising character for Sega in the 1990s. His name is a pun of "Sega Satahn, shiro!" (Play Sega Saturn!) which is what Iskandar is yelling.
