Eh, I've enjoyed the series immensely so far. So however they manage season two, I'll just trust that the writers know what they're doing.

Even if they do something seemingly absurd, I won't drop the show for just one problem. If they do somehow have Inaho survive, I'll just continue to watch (under the assumption that he was brought back merely to be killed off again).

Inaho, Asseylum, and Saazbaum are all certainly dead. The show's tagline, "Let justice be done, though the heavens fall," is a reference to Piso's Justice. Asseylum: the one whose sentence had already been passed, Saazbaum: the one who failed in his duty, and Inaho: the one responsible for the deaths of the two former (from Slane's point of view).

But he killed everyone. Without his dumb rush, Inaho would have disposed of Sauzbaam, hence sparing the princess. And thus not making him snaps at orange pilot.

I am okay with this. On a completely selfish note, I want Inaho alive simply because I myself can't bear to watch a 2nd Season without his autistic prowess.
If this episode had actually been the series ending, I would've been 120% fine with it.
