Take a crop grown only in the Chinese regions, import it to your major Asian colony of India, grow as much as possible, ship it to Europe, put it in boiling water, add sugar (grown in colonies from the your western colonies) and milk (which asians are intolerant against).

You have now created a good tasting concoction spiced with just the right amount of smug superiority and imperialism.
