Well I do remember in the EU there was a group of force using monks who completely disagreed with the Jedi on their view of the force, viewing it as a far more complex thing then simple light and dark.
Aye, but the EU and its stories were always separate from Lucas' own created works.
He just wasn't above making money off of it.

Yeah but Lucas didn’t really care about lore and consistency you know. I remember a time where he went in John Stewart, and John asked him about some little trivia that contradicted another bit.
lucas looked at John like he had grown a third eye, shrugged, and said “its a movie.”
It's almost as if proper soldiers are more competent than rebels.
The clickbait has been exposed. Sad trombone music plays...
Obviously don't click the link if you don't want potential spoilers.

Honestly, I'd bet a finger or two that even if Rey does go Dark Side, it will be resolved by the end of the movie, so meh.
I would like if is something like Sidious in a clone Rey body but is ask for a lot.

c3po's line might actually be sad if he even actually had screen time with those people
The second trailer for the Mandalorian is out, looks kinda cool I guess.
More importantly, D&D are confirmed to be OUT in regards to making a new Star Wars trilogy. So I guess they rushed the end of GoT for nothing then?
