Oh hey, it's the worst GT character followed by the best one.

Spoiler:
I was wondering where his transformation would place on the list. Cell's transformation into his perfect form is amazing.

Spoiler:
I'm pretty sure Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan 2 will get spots #1 and #2 on the list, so I wonder what transformation they will pick for #3?
Goku's first Super Saiyan transformation better be #1, but honestly I was expecting Perfect Cell to to be #2 based on their "power, coolness, meaning, and series impact" criteria.
My guess is that Ultra Instinct will be either #3 or #2, because TFS really love Super, even though it's trash.
I forgot about that being a option actually probably because it's so new compared to the others.

Spoiler:
I am surprised this wasn't number 2. I like the hair, the lightning and everything leading up to Gohan being the first achieve it. The very idea and need of a level beyond Super Saiyan, the training leading up to it, and this form being the answer to that in the Cell Saga all of that makes it probably my favorite Super Saiyan form.
Spoiler:
Yeah... I think this benefited mostly from the decades of improved animation technology, rather than anything else. Even their own commentary mentioned the animation a lot - which is a bit unfair to the parts of the series that are 25 to 30 years old.
Personally, I think Perfect Cell and SSJ2 were better in every way.
One of the things I like about Super Saiyan is the rage that with the transformation.
Spoiler:
Piccolo training Pan is cool but it's weird how this is still before Uub. It's like they're scared to go beyond the end of Z.
