Vanilla F/SN as separate option doesn't make sense cause it's a subset of RN OST. And instead split from it that collection of terrible remixes for Vita.

My favorite TM OST is definitely Kajiura's work on Kara no Kyoukai, though Kawai's compositions for Stay Night were pretty damn good as well.
Come to think of it, is there any info about person who will actually compose Fate remake OST? Well, it is ufotable, so chances for Yuki participation are great, however I didn't hear any official info on this subject.

There isn't, though it'll probably be Kajiura yet again. Hopefully she will mainly recreate battle tracks from the game's soundtrack because I'd really hate for her score to be as underwhelming as Zero's was.
