Looking at the announcements forum, I didn't see anything about that, but I did see a "congratulations to new mod" thread about Snow... whose name remains steadfastly blue, as far as I can see.
What's the story?

Snow stepped down over a year ago. DP was inactive for roughly 5 years straight so we talked it out and settled on a new admin to participate in policy votes and other things while keeping DP as an admin who doesn't do admin votes.
