Logically Rider is fine being there, she was the one that helped Rin recover and spirited the sisters off as the cavern was collapsing. Having her just crumble to dust wouldn't make much sense. Also yeah, her keeping the red eyes and white hair would be creepy. The black nailpolish in the other pics from that artist were a bit too edgy.

Both Routes I followed without falling in sleep.
Fate Route was boring and I expected this somewhere.
Fate Route for me doesn't suit as a continuation of Fate/Zero.
These 2 routes otherwise does.

This and that were different, Saber left because she felt she needed to leave, just like Archer left because he felt he needed to leave. It's not hard to fathom that Medusa might not feel the same way as those two did.

We don't know why she didn't stay in HF Normal. Just like we can only surmise that Ilya just went back to her castle and they found the house empty when they got back.
While you could dress that up that she could leave to say that Sakura didn't need her anymore, you could also infer that she stayed because she wanted to stay and it had nothing to do with what she thought was best for Sakura, but something she did for herself. Unlike Saber, she doesn't really have some allegory of Heaven she goes to when she passes on.

I don't know if this was mentioned but the Heaven's Feel project is currently in its pre-production phase.

look how the ubw movie turned out, they made every single fight like 3 seconds and it still had zero time for any plot at all

Well, they can always make a longer movie..
And don't forget that Ufo now has something Deen did not have when they made the UBW movie: experience in theatrical releases.
They probably know what they are doing more than Deen did at the time.
