I think people take the Soul Alzheimers thing with too much stock, he is able to accurately gauge his own powers so senility is mostly relegated to the fact that he forgot his purpose for living for so long, in all other aspects he seems pretty sharp given he has tricked the Tohsaka all these years killing many people to maintain his body on their land with them none the wiser, and seemed to he the only rep of three families who knew the grail was tainted (or the Einzbern's knew and don't care) in the 4th war. So if he says he can last 50 more years, I would assume he would last for the dismantling. Moreover, it's not like if he dies, the familiars inside her just dissolve, because it mentioned they were parasitic, meaning they were subsisting on her life force, not Zouken's.
As for hayate's remark about Sakura not being Rider's master in Fate and UBW, Nasu shot that in the foot by saying if she knew what Shinji was planning, she would do something about it in that Q&A, so his whole thing about Zero being different from FSN timeline wise seems to be lore damage control, since for all intents and purposes, unless he decides to show exactly beat by beat the differences when there are so many similarities, the two might as well be the same. Rin acting so funny about Sakura, the works. You can't even put a interpretive spin on it since there are so many shout outside and links to other parts of the story.

"Don't think about it too much"
Archer vs True Assassin in the second movie is good.
Nothing really exciting happens in the first movie for a long time and those moments don't last that long either.
Spoiler:
I think so far, these are probably the best Fate adaptation we ever got.
Underrated part of the first movie is the opening, seeing Sakura's first interactions with Shirou.
She was also knocked out right?
In UBW that's when Rider died right? She wouldn't have had the chance to revoke authority even after the fact.
I'm not sure about Fate though...
