Do you seriously think VN adaptations are good? That's the nature of the medium and shouldn't be adapted because VNs do not translate well at all to anime, period.
Fate, Steins Gate and others prove you can get great anime from VNs. Sure, a lot fail. But that's no reason to say adaptations shouldn't exist at all.

There are some good ones, yes. Certainly VNs have a bad track record of being adapted into anime, but often thats not because the VN didnt translate well into anime but because the anime just wasnt very well made. An anime doesnt have to be a perfect replacement to the VN, and it doesnt delete the VN from existence. There is no risk in trying, you miss 100% of the shots that you dont take.

The fun for VN fans is complain about how bad it is half the time.
I am more concerned that anime-only watchers, to no fault of their own, completely miss scenes where Illya is being a wholesome and encouraging big sister.
I'm annoyed so much of the Shirou-Illya sister stuff was essentially removed. Like the one where he asks if she wants to live with him after it's all over, and she has to regretfully turn him down.How was the Clannad anime adaptation you'd say?
All the KyoAni KEY anime are great. Kanon is better than the VN, Clannad is a great adaption, and while AIR suffers from being 1 cour I'd still recommend it to everyone who is a fan of the VN, its a very pleasant watch if you already understand the story.
