It's not like she was vaporized and reformed like Cell,you know. She only got disemboweled, limbs cut off, and decapitated, but not vaporized. Why would it change her eyes and hair back to brown and blue if it didn't need to reform the eyes or hair?

It just said there is going to be a movie adaption, whether it's going to be more than one movie no one knows.
To be honest I think there's only going to be one movie otherwise they would have had a subtitle like they did with Madoka and Persona 3.
To be fair, when those were announced it was just movie without a subtitle. That came later. Same with Kara no Kyoukai.
