I don't think he is. He's probably taking down the account code and then creating a new account after that. The 40+ apology quartz for iOS users haven't been given out yet afterall.

No, I looked at the page they posted and the goodies get distributed on Saturday, after the signup period to get them closes.
As it stands, rerolling like the Android version is impossible in the iOS version since they don't even give you enough Quartz for the initial single Quartz roll like Android did.
They learned from their mistake. I'm so proud of you Delightworks.

I figure that GO won't be so generous as to just hand out enough Quartz to pull of 10-roll summons, but if they actually do..then server crashes->maintenance->free Quartz for android players!

yup. went to previously bound accounts to roll the 15 Quartz we got in order to hopefully get an Arthuria for a friend of mine, but forgot I hadn't saved the bound code for my own.
Was all happy because I got a Saber Alter on one of them, but when I tried to log back in... No luck. Now I'm waiting for delightworks to e-mail me something such as 'we're working on it' or something... Got nothing yet :/
At least I have my waifu to help me feel better, but still, I miss my Hercules and specially my Siegfried. Like Suyure said, he's practically my trademark @ this game. I was trying so hard to make him good, too...

Yes it is. They changed it on Android as well, you just have to go on two extra missions to get 1+ quartz and then you receive the rest of them from the E-mails.

Android players get 40 quartz again, and the whole thing starts over.
It's a vicious cycle.
