Seems more like a Medea Lily situation rather than any of those, since I think it might just be fixing the portrait on her 1st form. Azuma seems to have noticed that there was something off there, not so much changing the design out right (unless he is going to do that, which I think is a shame, since aside from some elements being off, I think she look nice)
I think that Jing Ke and Nightingale are kinda excused for being pre-launch planned servants and changing their artwork at this stage is a hassle (need to rework game assists in events and story chapters with them) and Takahashi at the time didn't really know how to handle/correct their first 3 ascension portraits in a way that made them look less wonky (I still think their FA look pretty good/great). All his later work for the game in terms of CEs looks pretty great imo, and Daybit himself also looks all right (though I think the art Takahashi draws for Daybit outside of the game looks better than what's chosen for it).

That's just Azuma. Read El Melloi case files manga, lots of the characters have Yaoi hands.
I think we all know about how sick and unneeded those kind of actions are, but like gundam said nobody here really does that. The thing is AmADo has been jumping on pretty much everyone who doesn‘t blindly love everything about anything, and it has gotten really tiresome.
