EDIT: I mean, even with all the quartz that anyone can get, you can't expect F2P people to be all having Merlins, Wavers, Tamamos and/or Skadis, right? And then there're people like Pai, except without the really deep pockets.

Every debuff is rubbish, but Buster down.

And even then, it might as well have been rubbish had I changed +50BP for Merlin's bond CE. I won't, tho, since Reines gotta get extra BP while she can.

Assuming you're using a plugsuit and every other non-OP support that you can run to buff him.

provided i didnt always get bella lisa because i cant filter it out in supports

Except you don't need gacha luck to use someone's NP5 Sanzang with mlb BG, your own Shakespeare, default Mystic Code, and someone that can cleanse debuffs in case the Buster Down gets applied. Alternatively, just use 2 mlb Ox King to negate the Buster Down and have 2 buff Servants with your default Mystic Code.

Fine, NP5 Kintoki, but using Shakespeare, Altera the Sun(ta), and Ryouma.

But if you don't want to rely on support damage dealers, Oni Cure (mlb Fondant) + support Waver + Shakespeare + debuff cleanse Servant with 2x Ox Kings should be fine.
