Guess they are saving a return to the Olympics for next year to coincide with the Tokyo2020 one. Aiming for 500 boxes this year, but we will see how it goes.

Hoping that the damage CE this year will either be All Card Performance up (10% LB) or flat damage (1000). I don't think they will be giving an Atk damage CE since that would make it too easy for us, but here's hoping.

Clear one daily quest to claim them per day, you need to finish each quest on the specific day the quest is unlocked on

Its similar to Nerofes 2016 and 2017 reruns (redux). New nods, new event CEs, but probably will have some of the older challenge quests running alongside new CQs.

I'm keeping my older CEs if they decide they will give a bonus, just in case.

It has the same title as last year's Gil Fest. My guess is that it's going to get the same treatment as the second Nero fest.

Ah, I meant for the Event Bonus damage CE. So I want something like: Guts 1 time (Revive with 1HP) + All Card Types Up (10% when LB) + Atk +200% for Gilfesn '19

An alternative would be Guts 1 time (Revive with 1HP) + Dmg +1000 + Atk +200% for Gilfes which I would like to see (and more useful for other CQs outside of this event at max lvl).

That said, I'm not holding my breath for something useful, and rather more limited bonus like 20% crit up for specific card type or god forbid, Debuff resist up 20%, cause DW doesn't want to make it too easy for us.

We had that in Nerofes 2016, and it was pretty bad since it was only 20% starting charge when LB (plus was a split Atk/Def CE ... on the damage CE lol). Hopefully if they do it again they at least give it 40% starting NP.

What I want is for the lottery CE to have some starting NP for better farm team selection.

I don't think they will let us reuse CEs (they never did for any of the Nerofes') since this isn't a Lite run.

Agreed. Overall, Gilfest had the best exhibition matches, though I was a bit upset that the previous year's Nerofest exhibition matches weren't included.

I have a bit of mixed feelings about it. I did enjoy Tawara (when RNG stopped sealing two cards instead of one), Izou, Sheba, MHXAlter and the boss rush. But I didn't like Leonidas and the elemental field one, and the reason is because they added units with high crit chance and damage that were the main reason I had to replay them a lot of times. If I have to lose a challenge I want to do it because I made a mistake, not because RNG decided that today I was going to have a really bad day because of how unfairly stacked it was.

That said it was probably the best Fest. I'm sure those in NA will think the same when it comes, specially after going through the bugged King Hassan fight LOL.

Edit: So I finally finished leveling up BHG to 100. Any CE you recommend that I start leveling up for farming purposes (excluding the Kaleidoscope and the 4* version of it)?
