I'm rolling purely to NP5 Amakusa (at NP2) and hopefully Semiramis (at NP4) later.

As for a Summer JAlter setup, I went with Merlin/Ox King CE, and Waiver or Skadi, with that new Babylonia MC with the Buster Up and 10% NP Charge.

At minimum, don't Skadi and Waiver provide the similar benefit, i.e., 50% NP Charge and 30% ATK Up/Def Down? Unless you need Quick damage or party-wide NP Charge. Like, I've been using Skadi for JAlter instead of Waiver.

Skadi's can fail since it's a debuff, but pretty much. You pick Skadi over Waver for fewer buttons to press.
